I made my booking through your service for two single beds in a non smoking room. I was told that the reservation that came through to them was a one bed, handicapped room for a smoker. Rather funny to think about but a pain the ass to deal with. I WOULD SUGGEST FIXING your BOOKING SYSTEM TO REFLECT ACCURATE BOOKINGS.
