Right in the middle of Arthurs Pass Village, best location possible. Our room was a Private; very well laid out and very clean. Creaking wood all round can be very noisy, if you have late night walkers , staying on the first floor. But a fantastic first choice for anyone wishing to take a break while crossing the Pass.

This place is very new and has great facilities i.e fantastic upstairs lounge area,nice big well equipped kitchen,good showers and toilets and good internet connection.

Had a good stay at the Mountain House. Nice lounge with a fireplace, and good kitchen supplies. Chilly up in the mountains!

the kitchen is amazing clean and the lady is very friendly. The air is fresh and I have A very good sleep.
