For the costs i would have at least expected working internet, if not free internet. The swimming pool was only for the B&B visitors. The kitchen was far from adequate for the maximum amount of guests. And probably worst of all, even though the staff does try hard the owner manages to make you feel like an unwelcome cash cow. When I announced that I was leaving early I had no chance of a refund, even though none of the contracts ever stated this would be the case.
