Our stay here was amazing! The facilities are basic but they are everything you really need. The staff is what sets this guest house apart from the rest. When they say "come as a guest, leave as a friend" they really mean it! They are trustworthy and really try to help you out. If I come back to Kathmandu I will be staying here again.

Times of the power cuts are posted at reception, but I found these by chance. The bathroom was basic. Maybe instructions for hot showers could be given at check-in. The pillow was hard. I needed 2 duvets (provided). Power cuts may cause delays to restaurant orders. I was given a welcome drink and leaving drink and the guesthouse arranged a taxi from and to the airport. TV channels included BBC, CNN and TV5. For the price it was superb and the friendly staff speak excellent English.

Mountain Peace Guest House is the best Guest house . i came for 1 night and i stay here more then 30days . They have 24 hour WiFi , Hot water, quite , and good place for sleep . and they arrange me one of the best trekking .

I was in a nice room with a perfect sunlight, that stay in front of a little street were day after day you can discovery many little things of the real life in Kathmandu city. The staff it's the most friendly that i meet between Russia, Mongolia, China and Nepal, the hostel it's cleaning and you can breathe a perfect atmosphere. There is a roof that it's a magic place. The position of the Guesthouse it's in the center, near many important place, temple and squares of Kathmandu. The Best.
