room looks very old, heating is on just from 5.30 pm and the staff is not helpful at all. Position good, 3 minutes from the earl's court tube station.

I stayed there for 3 nights, it was very old. I saw a couple of bugs on my bed and did not worry about it. But i started to get a rash which spread over parts of my body. I went to see my Doctor he explained that it was bed bugs. Worst feeling ever after staying in a hotel. Would not even call it a Hotel. Bad Place

Owner Comment (Show)
Dear Sir, Sorry to hear of your discontent with your stay. During and up to check-out no mention was made of any problem experienced by you to myself the manager or to any of our staff, we are open 24 hours and would have welcomed the chance to deal and rectify any problem and change the room if need be. As you can see from our reviews there has never been a mention of bed bugs and we, as all hotels should do have a contract with a professional pest contol company to prevent such occurrences. All hotels from five star to hostels do have them brought in on customer's luggage or clothing from public transport, aircraft and trains /boats etc to their premises and i believe this must be the case in your experience as we have not had a problem in your room or other rooms for some years. We were not offered the chance to resolve any issues with your stay, you said yourself that the presence of 'bugs' in your bed allegedly, did not bother you but they would bother 99% 0f our customers and they would bother me as the manager as nobody would stay with us. So in conclusion i hope you have a better time in London on your next visit and i am sorry we were not offered the chance to ensure your stay was an enjoyable one. Best wishes Manager

The location is prefect while staff are good. Breakfast are acceptable. Price is little bit higher There is additional charge of 20 Pound when check in talking the room is not include bathing/toilet and not conveninet for couple. Another is no wifi and need additional charges. The accommodation should include private toilet and free wifi are not actual.

I stayed here just one night with 5 friends in a 6-person room, last-minute booking. We thought it was a great price, great location, and the room was so much better than any hostel we might have stayed at! As others have commented, the breakfast ended so early (9am) that we never managed to wake up for it... Really, honestly, I would strongly recommend this place, especially to a group of friends going to London for a weekend away.

Great location that enables one to go to whatever touristic place he/she wants to visit in London! Friendly staff, clean and silent rooms! You get what you pay for, not a palace but a simple room, pleasant still. With a good value for money, I would come back there if I was to go back to London with my boyfriend.

It doesn't have glamorous decorations, but overall it is a tidy and clean place. The breakfast is ok, but the serving time, which is from 7:30 to 9:00, is too early.

I stayed here for one night, I just needed somewhere cheapish, clean and a good location and the Mowbray ticked all those boxes. The single room was quite small but was sufficient. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. Everything that should work was working fine. The location is a 5 min walk to Earls Court tube station. The only thing I didn't like was the breakfast, it was average at best but worse than that, they only served from 7.30 - 9am (which is way too early to finish serving).
