An excelent place to stay if you are going to Rome. Really near from termini station. You have free wifi, and a laptop at your disposition. This is the second time i have stayed here and i will surely do it again next time

The owner was really nice!! I think it was Enrico who received us, and he waited really late (near midnight)! The apartment looks exactly like the photos, clean, modern. Unfortunately we didn't get the park-view rooms, instead the loft and the small room next to the kitchen, but they were nice too. The only thing which bugged us a bit is that there was a smell (a mixture of smoking and bad plumbing) that's constantly present in the apartment, I think they should open the windows more regularly..

it was great overall, clean, facilites, etc....the ONLY thing is that it smelled like someone had been smoking during the day...which was kinda awful...it happened several days.... :(

Mr. Frills is a little forgetful... but luckily we solved the problem in an awkward way.
