No one answered the door when I arrived for quite some time. I was forced to book another hotel, which took over 3 hours out of my visit to Rome. The owner did not charge me because of this though, which was nice of him.

An excelent place to stay if you are going to Rome. Really near from termini station. You have free wifi, and a laptop at your disposition. This is the second time i have stayed here and i will surely do it again next time

The owner was really nice!! I think it was Enrico who received us, and he waited really late (near midnight)! The apartment looks exactly like the photos, clean, modern. Unfortunately we didn't get the park-view rooms, instead the loft and the small room next to the kitchen, but they were nice too. The only thing which bugged us a bit is that there was a smell (a mixture of smoking and bad plumbing) that's constantly present in the apartment, I think they should open the windows more regularly..

it was great overall, clean, facilites, etc....the ONLY thing is that it smelled like someone had been smoking during the day...which was kinda awful...it happened several days.... :(

Mr. Frills is a little forgetful... but luckily we solved the problem in an awkward way.

we didn't know what to expect because the reviews were good and the price was really low.But it was fantastic, even my boyfriend loved it who is generally hard to get. The owner waited for us even though we were late and he explained everything about the area providing maps and tips. The room was spacious with great deco, the huge lamp was definitely the highlight. In the kitchen there was all u need for a breakfast, toast and cereals, coffee juice milk, cookies jam and butter.we loved it.

In general is was nice. good located. nice people. But we chose this hostel because it said "parking"! In fact, this wasn't true. We had to drop our car at a garage for 70 Euro for 4 days! Also the breakfast on the foto looks a lot better than it really was. For example they did not offer fruits...

Though located in an interesting neighborhood in Rome, the facilities are amazing and the proprietor is extraordinarily friendly and accommodating. And, though the neighborhood is described as interesting, it is by no means unsafe.

Mr Frills is very nice and comfortable although a little noisy with some noise from the piazza outside, although it did not bother us so much. Well located near main railway station and city centre.

We loved Mr. Frills! The staff was extremely helpful and accomodating, and the room was very nice. We had a balcony and our own keys to the building, which was nice because we weren't sure what our schedule was every day. We were in a great location as well--there was a park right across the street, a bunch of little cafes and bars around us, and we were only a ten minute walk away from the colosseum. It was perfect!

Great place to stay in Rome. Rome can be very expensive and this place is a great option.

Everything is fine, especially a laptop and wifi is provided, however it was a bit difficult to find the place as we have spent over 2 hours to look for it. Also there isn't any lock for the toilet which is a bit inconvenient for me traveling with a group of girl! apart of that everything is excellent! Would recommend to everyone!

This place was great! We really loved our time there. Staff was very helpful and awesome.

Very helpful staff in a great location for walking everywhere or getting the underground. More like a set of mini apartments than a hostel though as we rarely saw anyone else (staff or other guests). Still a great little set up and exactly what we were looking for as all we used the room for was sleeping when we weren't walking around Rome. Room was good and cleaned everyday like a hotel.

Generally a pleasant place to stay, spacious with very comfortable beds and rooms. Added value is free wifi and computer for use and breakfast was sufficient. Because we do not speak Italian, would have been nice if someone from hostel could have met us and given us some tips etc and better if there is a washing machine or a direction to a nearby launderette. Apart from that, I would still highly recommend this apartment. Also must check in at pre arranged time when housekeeper is in. Lina

Nice and clean place in a good location. Staff was reliable: Although our flight was delayed and it was already around midnight we texted the guy and he met us on time.

A very stylish B&B. Interior was well-decorated. The double-deck room was really impressive. Had never thought of having a staircase in a room. The kitchen was well-equipped. Had a variety of choices for the breakfast included. The owner was also friendly and helpful, promptly responded to our inquiries. Overall it's clean and comfortable. Had a very nice stay there.
