This hostel advertises as the 1st aircon dorm on Phi Phi, but it certainly isn't the only one, and they're very stingy with the aircon at that. The owner was very rude. They charge more than 25% more than similar dorms on the island. There isn't any common area other than a small porch out front. I stayed here because many reviews said it was a great place to meet people, but that's true of the whole island. I ended up staying somewhere way more comfortable for not much more money.

I booked to stay at this hostel and arrived to find a sign on the door saying closed for two weeks. There was no information on who to contact or where to go, so I asked two women sitting in the shop next door. They rang somebody and I was taken to another hostel without any apology and little explanation. The other hostel I was taken to was not really a hostel but a room with 14 beds. What I can see is that it's pretty much the same as the one I was originally supposed to be staying at.

I arrived on phi phi and walked to this hostel only to find it closed. It was very annoying to book ahead and then arrive to find it closed. I received an email the morning i was arriving about welcoming me to my stay and didn't mention anything about being closed. I would not recommend this hostel to anyone.

We got to the hostel and didn't even end up staying as it was incredibly unclean, the was no security as the door to the dorm opens right onto the street with no communal area to speak of. I also found it very strange that the owner stayed in the dorm with the guests and so we found somewhere cheaper and nicer after a 10 minute walk around the island. We read the other reviews and thought we would try it anyway but it was the worst dorm room i've seen on my travels and not even that cheap.

Not so good, not so clean, not so cheap... but so fun!!!

Met amazing people and the staff were amazing. Toilet and shower could have been better but everything else cancelled that out!

Property is overpriced for what it is and the staff were unhelpful but the other people staying were very friendly and there is a good atmosphere.

The location was good but the cleanliness was very bad! The sheets of my beds haven't been changed, the floor and the bathrooms were dirty, and I have even had bed bugs in my bed...

Bathroom was one of the worst I've had my whole trip but I met some great people and had one of my most fun nights out

Didn't end up staying here. I arrived at the time I said on the booking but I was told the manager was out and the guy in charge was completely useless. After standing next to him for about 5 minutes while he starred at a page in a log book he decided I was in the upstairs dorm. So up I went to find all the beds taken. When I went back down stairs and said all beds were taken he looked really confused so rather than wait I went and found a private bungalow which was really nice for only 600b.

Not a bad hostel for the price, good location, close to the pier and the party spots. No where for everyone to hang out though, still met some awesome people.

Same same as what other reviews say - yes it's a bit expensive, yes it might not have the cleanest bathrooms ever, but guys running the place are friendly, there's aircon and wi-fi and this IS a place to meet other fellow travellers, especially if you're on your own! I had a great time there, hope you'll have too!

The organisation is pore, it is not clean at all, security guild is sleeping, shower upstairs is not working (only dripping), some people had bed bugs bites but the location is perfect and I met some awesome people!

The hostel is not clean at all, there is no room/space to put luggage or backpack, the beds are too close to each other and hardly got space to move around in the hostel, some of the lockers are not working at all. The place look like never clean for ages.

Staff were friendly and helpful but the toilets and showers were dirty and smelt. Also the bed sheets weren't changed from the last person so already smelt. However it does the job and provides a bed but we have stayed in a lot nicer places for a lot cheaper

Worst place I have ever stayed. Do not go there! Really dirty, non secure, very bad managed. There was a big hole on the wall. Anyone can enter the hostel without any security checks. All toilet seats broken. Never ever cleaned. There are better places to stay in the island. DO NOT GO THERE!!! 0 out of 10!

Worst hostel i have been in and couldnt wait to leave. Dirty rat hole with very bad facilities. i had a giant hole in the ceiling above my bed. i had to use the toilets in the restaurants as these were extremely hasardous to health. this was great to meet people though. its only the bagpackers that made it nice. this place could be much better and go so far. they need to look at the nappark hostel in bangkok for some advice. id rate this 1 out of 10. Never to return.

It wasn't the cleanest place I've been to and the bathroom isn't great, the bed was comfortable. I had a great time here and met some great people. Great place to stay if you're a lone traveller. Location is perfect.

Bathrooms are pretty gross. There are cheaper dorms on Phi Phi if you take the time to look. Good place to meet drinking buddies but that's pretty much it.

I don't feel a % review does this place justice. Yes, it is gross, the bathrooms are small, the dorms crowded, and the water pressure a trickle. BUT. It is an amazing place to meet people and go out. Everyone knows everyone and it is a really good vibe.
