I was very surprised when I saw how satisfied I was with MuchoMadrid. The staff was super helpful and was encouraging us to go out and even printed out a list in english of things we can do. I would definitely recommend staying there to my friends. The hostel even had a light breakfast out in the morning which was helpful just to start the day. I would stay there again for sure! Thank you!

It's very quite, if you want a place to hang out or look for night activities, it's not the right place. But you just want to find a clean and good location one and have nice sleep, it probably a good choice. But the staff can not speak very good english.

This is a very great hostel with perfect location and wonderful staffs. The place "placa de espano" is quite better than "Sol". only problem is the wood floor make noise.

the only thing that annoyed me a little bit is the wooden floor is aged and it makes loud sound when people walk.

Mucho Madrid is located in the hopping heart of Madrid. If you want to be in the middle of it all and experience the non-stop night life Madrid is famous for you've got a great value and location at MM. Traveling solo, it was great to feel safe and have a clean place to stay. But, if it's not your cup of tea to be in the middle of it all, this is not the hostel for you. When I say it is very noisy on the street, I mean VERY NOISY! Headphones or earplugs might not even do the trick.

I had stayed in another hostel before MuchoMadrid and I liked the location of MuchoMadrid much more! It feels safe & it is not far from all the main attractions. It is also walking distance from popular bars and clubs where tourists and locals hang out. The hostel itself is in a nice and secure building, but it is not large, so it is more laid back. However, you can still meet other travelers and enjoy. Staff are very helpful, nice, and attentive. I would stay there again :)

The hostal is pretty average, clean, safe, good location but does not add any fun to Madrid experience

It was really clean and very accommodating. They let us check in after 11pm and they had a great little breakfast selection. Lockers were available and they held our luggage for us after we checked out before we had to leave for our flight!

Very noisy hostel where you do not a get a key and all the time somebody is ringing the bell and the staff is not opening. Quite stressful. Also very late at night the staff ladies had a loud chat till 1am and as it is a flat type hostel, you hear every single word. There is deposit for a key and during check out there is nobody from the staff to give back the money. I got it eventually 4 days later as I stayed in Madrid longer.

I speak a bit of Spanish so I didn't have the same difficulties that other travellers have mentioned, and I found the staff on the whole very frienldy and helpful. Excellent location right in the centre and near to transport. A little noisy from the road (bring earplugs!). The 2 bed female dorm I was in was spacious and comfortable. My only gripe was that the showers seemed to be a bit blocked up. I would definitely stay in this hostel again.

Great location! Staff should speak more English. also a lack of air con would not make this place Pleasant over summer time but it was fine for us in October. Really clean with lovely beds and bathrooms. Would definitly recommend it.

I just loved Mucho Madrid, it's very clean, spacious, organized and the staff besides usefull are simply the best. i wouldn't recomend it for the ones tha need a dark silent room to sleep, once the window is only glass and the street very loud.

It's really a nice experience to stay there. The location is convenient to go any place. Except the floor is a little bit noisy, but it is not a big deal. And the staff is also very nice, but I hope they can speak more english.
