Choose this hostel if you do not have any other option to stay. It's a very old flat turned into hostel and has just a couple of rooms. The shower curtains in the bathroom is broken and not changed for years. The flat is very dirty. I'll not recommend this place. The only saving grace is it is relatively closer to all the tourist attraction and staff seemed a little friendly.

Great place and location! Nice and clean. Nice and warm ( now during the winter!) good breakfast! Will come back ;-)

It's a great place to stay, rooms are big and beds are separated with gives you a lot of personal space. The location is perfect, in the coolest place of Madrid.

very very very nice place!...but the kitchen is too small and the windows are not strong enough to screen from Gran via's din.

The location at Gran Via is in the "center center" it's the most popular street in town, easy to find and a good place for a start whatever you want to do in town. What's pretty cool that you got towels for free and a small breakfast is included in the price as well. The stuff was excelent two nice ladies. The only fact I don't like is that there's a shared kitchen but no nice "hang-out" place. So not so good to get in touch with other travelers. And it's a bit noisy.

Perfect location and kind staff, everything was fine.

The locariam is Perfect. The staff was always nice and trying to help you. I could leave my bags there even after check out.

beautiful rooms, very good location, nice breakfast and things to use all day, like tea, coffe, corn flakes, juice, water, etc.. bus from airport stops very close. Very nice host. Great place to stay.

I booked a bed in 4 bed´s room but the room is really big and spacious.........it´s really cute and quiet hostel

It was a great little hostel, on the main street, 7 stories up! Everything was great! The only thing was that the hostel was a bit hard to find. On the directions it doesn't say it is inside an apartment building on the seventh floor. We found the place eventually though. Otherwise I'd recommend this hostel :) :)

We were here only for a quick night before and after our trip to Lisbon but it was perfect for what we needed. It is a small hostel but the rooms are spacious and there were no bunk beds in either room we stayed in which was a nice change.

Fantastic hostel! Staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was safe, spacious and clean. AC unit worked very well and was lovely after a long day out in the sun. Breakfast yummy and plenty of it! Toilets clean and showers warm and powerful. It was great that sheets and towel was provided. Great views from the balcony in our room! Amazing hostel - we had a great stay. Not the best social life as it is small but its location is superb - right on the main street - so close to bars.

The staff was not friendly. The description said that the rooms would be cleaned each day and new towels and sheets would be given. The room was never cleaned, trash never emptied, and clean sheets and towels were never given. The rooms were all run down. The only positives were the AC and the lockers.
