Best facility of any hostel I've been in. Clean rooms with nice mattresses. Towel locker and breakfast included. Amazing value. The atmosphere is that of a hotel, not a hostel. The staff is not friendly and there is no communal space. It is best for travelers who wish to avoid a youth hostel/ backpacker environment.

Very nice and clean hostel in a good spot along grand via. Excellent place to stay. The rooms are really nice for the price.

It was extremely difficult to find. There are no signs on the street. None of the businesses nearby had heard of it. It really took me a long time to figure out where it was AND how to get in the door. The intercom system was not that great so communicating with the people inside when the key didn't work was not easy. Also, while the curtains on the window in the room were quite pretty, they did not block light from outside. It was quite bright in the room all night.

Everything was really good! Secure, comfortable, with your own loker and key for all your stuff. I think its a very accesible price for what they offer :)

I had a great time at Mucho Madrid. Both Ildi and Alexandra were extremely helpful and the place is in an excellent location. Highly recommend if you want a quiet place to stay.

There are several points of security with this hostel, including the building, hostel, personal room, and then in-room lockers. The staff could have been a bit more friendly, but was overall helpful in helping us figure out where to go in Madrid via maps, bus tours, etc. Personal A/C in the rooms was fantastic, the beds were comfy, and overall a quiet hostel to relax in after a long day in Madrid. Overall a great hostel!

I can only confirm all positive reviews. The hostel's located in strict center, very well connected by bus and close to a metro station. The hostel itself is super clean. The drawback would be the lack of hangers and a shelf and does not drip water in the bathroom. Good breakfast included.

The staff were great, very friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean and quiet, with locks on every door so it was also very secure. It is in a great location right on the Gran Via. There was a locker in the room, the wifi worked great, breakfast served in the mornings. Absolutely no complaints.

The location was great, but a little tough to get into the building, but very secure. The room was nice and clean and the staff was helpful. It is a relaxing place to stay, definitely not a party hostel.

Clean hostel with secure lockers, which was great. Not much privacy in dorms, but that's fine.

Overall a great place to stay. Cozy, quiet, and small. The bathrooms were very clean - I'd suggest a shelf in the shower for people to put their soaps/shampoo bottles. The location is great in terms of sightseeing, walking around, and access to metro. But since it is on a main street, the street noise can get very loud at night, especially on weekends.

We stayed at MuchoMadrid just for one night. We were in town running in the marathon the next day, so wanted a quiet place to sleep, and it fit the bill. Comfy beds, nice rooms, very clean. Definitely not a party hostel, more like a hotel that only has one floor. Good location in Madrid it seemed. Didn't think the staff was unfriendly, they even let us keep our bags there after we checked out and to come back after the race to shower. Would stay again if looking for a quiet, comfy place!

Very pleased with my stay at MuchoMadrid. The staff was very friendly and helpful, my room was clean and they have lockers with keys so I felt that my belongings were secure while I was out. The facilities were very clean, and the complimentary breakfast was very nice. There was a pretty good variety and plenty of it all, so I was pleased. The location on Gran Via is perfect too.
