Great, friendly staff and excellent facilities. The only complaint I'd have was the noise level from the street below. It got a little stuffy in the room if you didn't have the window open, but of course, with the window open the noise level was disruptive for sleep.

I enjoyed my stay at Mucho Madrid. The staff were very friendly. The location is perfect, very close to walk to Puerta del Sol and many other attractions. Good value for the money.

I've just stayed one night, and it was ok. The guy who welcomed me was nice and even gave me a map and explained the main points in the city (even though I didn't asked, since I already knew Madrid). At night, the room was so hot that I couldn't sleep, and I've tried twice to ask at the reception if the heather or AC was on, but, even ringing the bell, nobody showed up. The bathrooms seemed clean, as well as the sheets. The location was good, and you can go walking to the main points.

The location of MuchoMadrid was very good. Centrally located. The two employees were good, although the night employee didn't speak any english, but we didn't have to talk with him. The only real concern was the room we paid for didn't have a lock. They said that the locksmith was coming, but honestly it was just a cover. We did get lockers, but still not the safest. Other then that it was a good location, price, and atmosphere.

Love this hostel. Very good for everything, only noise of vehicles on the main street disturbing at night.

The hostel is in a good location and it has good clean bathrooms and breakfast (that´s very good) But they say they have reception 24 hs and is not that way. They go to sleep to a "private" room and if you need something you have to go and wake them up. They say they have free internet but they turn off the pc at night and you can´t use it. The boy that is at the reception at night doesn´t speak any language. He only speak croatian, but he does not seem to understand neither english nor spanish

A experiência no albergue Mucho Madrid foi ótima. O clima, com poucos quartos e muita limpeza e cordialidade agradaram muito.

MuchoMadrid is a small hostel located conveniently on Gran Via in Madrid (the "Times Square" of the city). Very close to the metro and walkable to other sights (Plaza de España, Chueco neighborhood). The staff was courteous and helpful. Breakfast was small but sufficient. On the last morning the shower only had cold water which was unpleasant :/ Also a bit confusing to get back in the building since we weren't given a key we just buzzed the desk. Overall a fine place, I'd recommend to friends!

Really enjoyed my stay at Mucho Madrid, the staff were very helpful and friendly. The hostel is located in central Madrid which also was a huge advantage. Really good value for money, secure and clean. I'd definitely recommend it!

This was my second time staying in this hostel. Mario was a great host. He made sure I had plenty of blankets and even a heater in case I got too cold during the night. Free breakfast is always great and the location is perfect; right on Gran Via.

Really nice little hostel with friendly staff, just be aware it is on a busy street so traffic noise is quite loud at night, only a problem if you are a light sleeper.

I was very surprised when I saw how satisfied I was with MuchoMadrid. The staff was super helpful and was encouraging us to go out and even printed out a list in english of things we can do. I would definitely recommend staying there to my friends. The hostel even had a light breakfast out in the morning which was helpful just to start the day. I would stay there again for sure! Thank you!

It's very quite, if you want a place to hang out or look for night activities, it's not the right place. But you just want to find a clean and good location one and have nice sleep, it probably a good choice. But the staff can not speak very good english.
