This is by far one of the best hostels, if not the best one, I have ever stayed at. Since day one, the staff made me feel welcome in a cozy and friendly environment. Everyone at the hostel is like a little family, headed by its owner Carolina. She is very nice, and you don't feel as if you were talking to the owner but one of us travelers, for she loves traveling specially to exotic regions (judged by the masks on the wall :) You can usually catch her in the morning. You've got to meet her !

The reception is really nice. I booked six mix dorm. But this dorm is full of boys so the nice staff upgrades me to a four bed with two nice American girls.

The breakfast was awesome, good quality and they prepared pancakes with strawberry jam for us. The staff was really friendly and communicative, they speak excellent English and are very helpful. The atmosphere was cosy and we'll definitely go back there some day.

Good location with mostly good staff. Clean rooms and comfy beds. Points deducted as there was only one toilet per floor and 2 showers with hit and miss hot water. Nice quiet spot close to the city centre.

A brilliant hostel, the staff are wonderfully helpful and freindly. The place is modern, the beds comfortable, and the showers have space to dress in also. The location is in a great area - easy to find and get to, very easy walk to the old town and very close to vibrant Kazimierz and the old Jewish quarter also. The breakfast lives up to the hype from past guests, and if you are going out early they will even make it early for you. Would def stay agiain, I had an easy hassle free stay.

One of the best hostels I've stayed at. Excellent value for money. I stayed at the double bed ensuite and it was a simple room but did its job. The thing that makes the hostel stand out is its friendly staff, one even offered us scrambled eggs when we got there in the morning from an overnight train!

This is a truly great hostel. It is conveniently located between the Jewish Quarter and Town Square- you can easily walk to either. The staff are extremely nice and friendly, and willing to help by giving you directions and helping set up tours. The room's were very nice and comfortable to sleep in. I highly recommend this hostel.

The location and breakfasts make this hostel a great place to live in. Very close to the Jewish Quarter with only 10 minute walk to the Old Town. If I return then I'll stay in Mundo again.

Absolutely the best hostel I have ever stayed in. AMAZING breakfast every morning, really nice and clean hostel, great staff, and beautifully decorated rooms and common area. The common area was great with a good kitchen and nice chill out area, always with great music playing. If only every hostel was this good!

Stayed for a weekend and the hostel was fantastic. Great location, very clean and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. If I'm in Kracow again I would certainly stay again, if only for the great breakfast they put on......!

I wish I could say enough good things about Mundo Hostel. The best part of our stay was most definitely the staff. Each member of the staff was so helpful. When we left some of our belongings in a cab one of the staff members called cab companies, looked up directions, and let us borrow his cell phone in order to help us. Another staff member made us breakfast at 5:30 in the morning, even though breakfast doesn't start until 9. One of the best hostel stays of my life.

I loved this hostel and they cooked some food for us in the morning :) Long life to scrambled eggs and sausages!

Hostel Mundo was great. We felt right at home. Not a crazy party atmosphere but that's not what we were looking for. Centrally located or you could grab a beer and just hang out on the couch. The staff was knowledgeable and asked questions after you returned from trips in order to stay current. The breakfasts were amazing, which really is important when traveling b/c who knows when your next meal will be? We loved it so much there that we accidentally took the key home.

very nice and cosy hostel. The double-room was good and I would recommend the hostel for travellers who want to spend their days in Krakow. Nice and helpful staff. The shared showers and toilets clean and spacious. There is also a common kitchen if you want to cok yourself.Close to city centre.
