Staff was great. Hostel chosen for the convenient location however due to construction and road work it wasn't (at the time I stayed) very convenient after all. It would have been very difficult to get luggage to the bus terminal by walking though I did walk there to use the internet and book ongoing tickets. There was no bathroom sink to wash hands although you could walk down two flights of stairs and use the laundry room sink. They were working on it...so it is a ¨work in progress"

I liked that I could walk from the airport, it took about 5 minutes, also, the staff were friendly and the WIFI internet was fast. Thats all I need but there was also a cool patio where several travelers sat outside to converse, drink and smoke at night... it was fun, Id recommend it. The purple flowers on the outer wall were really beautiful. The kitchen was also clean and available for me to use.

We had booked on hostelworld.com in perfectly good faith, two days before our intended stay. When we arrived at 6am on the day we advised the person on duty had no record of our booking. We then spoke with the manager, and he told us that they rarely recieve bookings on hostelworld so forgot to block out the dates, as there were no rooms available. He did take us to an apartment, but it had none of the services that would have been included at the hostel. Very bad situation, and poor service.
