The staff was great and memorized our names to say hello! Who doesn't like to wake up to staff who already knows them more personally?

They are a very accommodating hostel...they called our taxi for us in the morning, provided us with maps, and answered our questions abou the city! There was a breakfast provided in the morning that was complimentary. However, the location is far away from central Paris and the cleanliness of the bathrooms were poor.

Awesome location. The beers at reception are cheap, which is always a positive! You get a map and other brochures on arrival. Over all pretty good hostel!

Loved staying here! The staff were really friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and comfortable and they had so much food to offer! Churros for breakfast, 5 euro lunch every day, and Paella on the weekend nights. There was one night when they made sushi and served it for just five euro. It's centrally located and walking distance to everywhere in Madrid, or just two minutes from a metro station.

Great place to stay, walking distance to pretty much everything in Madrid and just near a Metro station. staff were great, always willing to help out and answer any questions. kitchen is also exceelent, very large and heaps of pots, pans and plates. expect to see large groups at this hostel (school groups, bucks parties, etc). would definitely stay here again.

An all round very good hostel in an excellent location. The rooms were clean, the common area very good and a place to talk to other travellers and it had a well equipped kitchen. Wifi was very good. Only slight complaint is that the mattresses were starting to be worn and the lockers were a bit on the small side.

Loved the common room with tables and couches. They serve food around 2 pm for 2 to 5 euro, then really good paella at night for 2 euro. A few blocks away from Puerta del Sol and a block away from a movie theater, bars and clubs. The room was plain, but good value for money. Good kitchen. Half the computers don't work though, and didnt like that there were no activities such as walking tour, food tour or pub crawls. I met friends from back home in Mexico, what are the chances?

In comparison with our other stays at similar facilities this was not very satisfactory. The room was not very clean and tidy, but the worst part was that no bed linens were available, even though we offered to pay. We expressed our dissatisfaction the first night, but nothing was offered the next night either. The lobby which we entered upon arrival did not look tidy either and staff did not seem very interested in taking care of their clients. Oh and did I meantion that shower time limitation?

Very nice hostel! They don't have any of those hidden fees...the internet is free and if you arrive early you can leave your bags in a secure locker for free. They also have cheap lunches and paella at night. It's a great place to stay in Madrid and I would definitely go back!

I loved Las Musas so much I even extended my stay. Loved the kitchen but furthermore, loved the homecooked meals that could be ordered for lunch or dinner. Loved the laundry service. Loved the reception-dining room area. It was a great place to hang out, meet people and ask for help from staff. Loved the computer room since I didn´t bring a laptop myself. Loved the living room. It was comfortable for reading, watching TV or for socializing. The wifi needs to be in rooms too.

Very nice stay at Las Musas Residence, but do not forget to bring you towel and bed sheets as they're not included in the service. You can rent them for 2€. The residence is located 10 min walking from Puerta del Sol, which is nice. The 24h/reception is a huge advantage, and no problem if you want to leave your luggage in the checkroom after the check out.

Las Musas is in a great location, about 15 min walk to Puerta del Sol and close to most everything else you'd want to see. It is right near a metro stop as well. The staff was great and the rooms/sheets/bathrooms were clean!
