I really enjoyed my stay, the hostel is nice, clean and the staffs really helpfull. I had just fews problems, like the light in the bedroom was broked and the hand shower as well. But everything else was perfect. Thank you!!! ;)

A pretty good hostel, I'd stayed in Way hostel before and thought Way had better breakfast, atmosphere and staff but Musas had an ensuite (in my 4 bed dorm) and single beds as opposed to bunks which was nice. The beds in both hostel are pretty average though, with plenty of springs to keep you awake at night.

Tip for fellow travellers: Las Musas has a very good location near the metro stop Tirso de Molina. You can walk to Puerta del Sol in 5min and the area itself is also interesting. Las Musas staff was helpful, the place is clean and there is a common kitchen where you can cook so you can actually save some money for other things. The only bad thing that comes to mind is that I forgot to buy earplugs and the lift is very noisy.

Staff are nice and helpful, Pedro is super kind in particular. Antonio, who takes us to the pub crawl is really nice too. Should have given him a big hug!! Harriet, the free walking tour guide, did a great job and she is so cute and funny. Pub crawl, flamenco show and free walking tour are must-try activities. I met a lot of friends here. Amazing things happened to me and put me to rethink about life quite a lot.

I would recommend mentioning on your site that the laundry is not self-service and to post the hours it's available. A few stainless steel cooking pans (not just non-stick) would be appreciated, and you might want to get the knives sharpened - a dull knife can be more dangerous than a sharp one. :)

I liked the remodel and the new common space. It was a nice and vibrant environment for meeting others while traveling. The dorm room bathroom was quite small and could have used a cleaning. Additionally, the beds were quite small for taller folks. But the location is excellent and the size of the kitchen allows multiple people to cook at the same time.

Las Musas has a great cosmopolitan atmosphere. The staff are very friendly and talkative, very easy to get along with. They also play some great music. They encourage mixing with others with some drinking games with FREE sangria, and the bar crawl is a must if you want to see some classy bars and meet some other tourists from other hostels. Also the free walking tour is must do. Overall, a great hostel. I'd definitely stay again.

Great location, 10min walking to sol. Good facilities, but could improve in cleanliness.

Uncomfortable bed springs, people in and out of lockers next to my head all night, and a squeaky door opening and closing all night led to some terrible sleep, but the price is decent and in a good central location that is safe durning the day (I was only staying for 2 nights so I didn´t go out after dark to try catch up on sleep). I´m going back in a month but for only one night. Don´t think I´d do it any longer and if it weren´t for the price and ease of access to the airport

An excellent hostel, I had a good stay inbetween Christmas and New Year. The rooms are clean, the facilities are excellent and the staff were very welcoming and friendly, helpful too. The hostel is within easy walking distance of all the main attractions and is very close to a metro station too. I'd definitely stay here again if I return to Madrid.

This is far away one of the best hostels that I have ever stayed. Is complete, all the facilities included, common areas, clean, big and prepared kitchen and best of all, lots of activities every day. Me and my friends we did the free walking tour with Erica, was really cool. Pedro in the reception he is really nice, always with a big smile, talking to everybody and really helpfull. I recommend their pubcrawl, is awesome! If you go to Madri you should definetely stay there.
