There was nothing particularly special in a good or bad way, although the €2 paella was pretty legit. The staff was nice, the room was clean, and it was very close to the metro. Only downside was the neighborhood was a little rough and the breakfast of churros and chocolate wasn't very filling and ran out quickly.

Great value for money. The Paella for €2 each night was amazing! Only complaint was the showers on my floor were communal - I'm not a fan of showering with other people. It wasn't a problem, just ment you had to use the ones in the floor above it bellow

If you want to eat paella, come here, only 2€ and very traditional. This hostel does not privide lock of the storing in your room. Thus, maybe you should prepare one by yourself! Anyway, the atmosphere is excellent!

Good location, however the night on that part of Madrid it's not very suited for people around 19-20 years old. Security was rather a problem, because those streets at night around the hostel can get really creepy. I really liked the staff. The Hostel has a very good atmosphere and don't miss the Paella nights. also if you want a beer you can get it from the freezer right at the main room. In Conclusion: Loved the Hostel, recommend it to anybody

The staff were friendly, mostly Pedro that worked during the morning. He helped a lot with directions and he was awesome. The bed was comfortable and each bed has a big locker. The showers and bathrroms were good. The location is excellent. Easy to go to everywhere. On the other hand, the elevator only works from the first floor, so no lift from the reception to the first floor, you have to take the stairs. Also internet only works in the reception and the common area.

Great hostel! Just that wifi is only allowed in the common area which can be quite annoying at times.
