The staff is nice. The location is good. They also run a restaurant and the food is delicious. It would be great if they have free breakfast. But that was not a big problem. The hotel is near a Japanese restaurant which has a very tasty breakfast. However, the heater is not warm. (Every time it worked for 5-10 minutes and stopped for about half an hour.) And the bathroom is strange. When someone take a shower, the floor outside the shower area is wet (actually it became a small puddle).

The hostel is good value for money but don't expect the owner to care about you or give you recommendations or something.

It was fantastic! We arrived at 6am and he already let us come in and stay in the room with no extra charge. The restaurant inside was amazing, and it was really close to the pools. Thanks a lot! Highly recommended!

A good value for money stay. A short walk from where the bus stop us and very close to the entrance to Pamukkale. It's a pity that the oven is not open when we're there. But food is very accessible in the neighborhood.

Operates More like a hotel. Friendly staff who allowed us to check in earlier when we reached. Walking distance to the travertines. About 5 minutes walk. Comfortable as well.

Before getting there we read a lot bad reviews so our excpectations where very low. The rooms and bathroom looks like they were just renovated and equiped with a/c. The location is perfect about 5 mins walk to pamukale. The food was very cheap and tasty. It is the perfect stopover.

They are rooms at the back of a restaurant. Just a cheap place to stay when visiting Pamukkale. Dont expect a fancy hotel and you will be fine.

Value for money but it can be better, change the old blankets because I got allergy, also I dont like to be pushed to buy in the restaurant of the hostel, finally, I consider too expensive the beer price there, we are backpackers and cant afford to pay 2 times the normal price of a beer.

Great place! Recommend anyone going to pamukkale to stay here - friendly service, great food at the restaurant, great authentic interior. Family run business.

Mustafa Pension is perfectly located right next to the beautiful travertines and our room was bright, clean and comfortable. It's a shame that breakfast doesn't come with the room...I would even have been happy to pay a little more in order for it to be included, especially as the restaurant that is attached to the hostel (both are owned by Mustafa) is excellent. Mustafa himself is a great guy whose harmless flirting is nothing more than funny (he's in his 70s!)
