Such wonderful staff. Nadina is the sweetest woman you will ever meet. So helpful and willing to do anything to make your stay great. The best hostel service I have ever received. Only great things to say!

Friendly owners though they would move you out as soon as someone else needs the bed. I would not recommend it if you can get another place. It was very old and not clean.

After arriving in Florence we were welcomed into a small homey hostel where the a lovely lady named Nadina showed us the hotspots of the town as well as gave us some coffe to warm us up. I immediately felt at home and I have a feeling that this hostel will be the bar to beat when traveling Italy. Five out of five stars!!

This is the best hostel that I've ever stayed! The staff were so nice and the roommates were so friendly and funny. It made me feel at home. This is the place where I met most new friends during my alone trip in Italy. When I'm back to Florence again, I'll definitely choose this hostel.

Absolutely loved it! We only had time to stay one night but the service there was great! They really make you feel like your at home, and try to help in any way they can! When we first arrived they got our room setup for us but also gave us a map and a full description of what to eat and what to see. It was great to have with our time crunch!

Nadina and Ehlio are amazing hosts ! Friendly and welcoming. They will tell you ALL the REAL SPOTS FOR FOOD, NOT the tourist traps. It reminded me of home away from home. Very comfortable and cozy. Just about everything is walking distance, except the michelangelo plaza, but you can take the bus. I Will definately return when I visit Florence!

This might have been the best hostel I ever stayed in. I would call it a "home" more than a hostel. The staff - Nadina, in particular - are wonderful and the nicest people in the world and will give you all the help you need to make your Florence stay perfect. They make a great breakfast, have all the amenities you need, and allow you to do everything and anything you want. Again, it feels like a home! Also, the location is very central and very convenient.

The staff were the friendliest people ever and they went out of their way to make sure we had something to do and everything we needed. SO helpful and VERY nice people. I would absolutely stay here again. Wifi spotty in the rooms. 2 minute walk to main train station and very close to other attractions.

Ahhh just phenomenal! My favourite city in Italy, and my favourite hostel. Elio went above and beyond everyday to be helpful and make sure you're having a good time. Great place. Great guy. Great location. Do yourself a favor and stay there!!! :)

I really, really enjoyed staying at "My Friends." The hostel was nice and clean, the facilities were nice, and the breakfast was very good. However, the best part about staying at My Friends was the staff. They were far and above some of the nicest people I have ever met. Elio helped us out a lot by telling us where the best restaurants in the area were (his recs were by far the best meals we had in Italy!) and how to get to the major tourist attractions. It was an all around great stay!

Amazing hostel right in the centre of Florence. Really close walking distance to everything, staff were super friendly and really helpful telling us the best places to go and eat in the city. Bathrooms and rooms were great with all the stuff you could ever need.

Good location for me as it was close to the train station. Nice staff. Average facilities and cleanness. In average it's a good deal for the price.

It is a great B&B. Nadia is the best, so sweet and friendly, really helpfull!! The place is really well located, close from the train station, David, Dome, etc etc. Florence is the BEST!!!! The rooms are nice, comfortable bed (no bunks), lockers, wifi, and a good breakfast. There are only two shared bathrooms, so it can be a little bit crowded in the morning to use the shower.
