Thanks Nadina for your help I had a great time in Firenze!

This is a small hostel but completely worth the price: rooms are spacious and clean, bathrooms are shared and are also very clean. And all the place is nicely decorated. The location is excellent, if you arrive by train to santa maria novella you can get to the hostel in 3 minutes. Nadina, the manager, is very kind. she really takes care of everything you'll need. Breakfast is ok. Open wifi in the rooms. The best hostel I've been in Italy.

In a word, perfect. This was the best hostel I've stayed in. Nadina and her boyfriend are so warm and generous and friendly that I was actually sad to leave. Every morning they prepare coffee and juice and pastries for you and they actually bring it to you. All of the places they recommended were fantastic, especially Gupta pizza. The beds were warm and comfortable and they provide you with a towel and a padlock for the lockers free of charge. It's those little things that make it a great place.

Perfect!! rooms are clean and spacious! bathroom is always clean as well. Nadina and her boyfriend are warm and friendly and you feel like you're at home...every morning there's breakfast included. The shared space where you can enjoy your breakfast and meet new people is nice! It's just five minutes walking from santa maria novella. Hope to come back to this hostel as soon as possible!!

Nadina and her boyfriend are lovely. We really enjoyed staying at their hostel. Location was excellent, easy walk to the railway station. Nadina gave us a map and marked all the attractions, restaurants to visit while in Florence, she was very helpful. Hope you got the chocolates we left for you :) We loved staying here, would stay again.

The location is excellent (close to the train & bus terminal). I arrived in the morning and made a day trip to Pisa & Lucca easily. The best part is actually the host (Nadina) is wonderful and very helpful. I have stayed in many hostels in almost 30 countries, in terms of service, this is one of the best hostels. Highly recommended it, and hence, I gave a 100% rating (which I seldom do).

Its a great place to stay! The hostel is small and sometimes you had to wait for the bathroom or things like that, but it's really familiar and the staff (Nadina) is the most nice person I have ever met. She helps you with every thing you need, from place to visit until restaurants and trains. There is breakfast included and the hostel is very clean. I loved my stay at My Friends.

Near everything, small but its all that you need. Very beautiful woman running the place. Good people staying there. It's not a giant corporate hostel, it's privately run by a couple. Liquor store across the street, super market 2 blocks away. Many other small hotels near by too, so if your friend can't get in then maybe he can stay next door at another place.

The location is perfect for Florence. The best in this hostel is Nadine and Elio, they really want to make your time in Florence a good and pleasent experience. Is not a party hotel, so if you are looking for a good, clean and cheap place to stay in Florence, for sure My Friends is the best option.

it was the best hostel i have ever stayed in my entire travel experience. Nadina and Elio was super friendly, warm and welcoming. They help you with where to go and eat. Nadina will show you which panino and pizza places are delicious and good for value. All her recommendation were satisfying. Room was clean and spacious for 4 people. Breakfast was neat and delicious, the common area is bit small but enough to have a chat or make your own simple meal. You can use electric pot and microwave too.

Great place! The host was beyond amazing, breakfast is usually served at 8:30 but we were always out the door a little before 8 (to catch trains, beat lines for museums, etc.) and she was more than willing to leave it ready for us to have each day! So sweet! She also gave us great recommendations of places to go and things to see. The only suggestion I have is to put in longer shower curtains, water would go into the main bathroom area since the curtain didn't go to the ground.

Great little place right by the train station and central Florence. The staff are very helpful and sweet. Would definitely stay here again!

I stayed at My Friends only one night and loved it! Nadina and her aunt were so nice and helpful! Before I left next day, they prepared a very yummy breakfast for us! This hostel is excellent for those who need some quiet time. After 10:30 they started asking us to keep it down, which is just what I needed after coming from crazy party hostels. The bed was so comfy and they had a comforter instead of a blanket - so cozy! Thanks guys!

One of the best hostels I've ever stayed! Comfortable, clean and close to everything that must be visited in Florence, but the biggest surprise is the staff: very nice and totally helpful!

We had a wonderful time at My Friends. Nadina was so kind, welcoming and helpful. Upon arrival, she offered us tea and coffee while showing us the map of Florence and telling us the must-sees of the city. She also suggested many local restaurants and cafés that were all perfect and far from touristic stereotypes. The location of the hostel is perfect, right in the center and close to the train station and airport buses. Nadina made our stay so easy and I highly recommed My Friends !

You won't find a more accommodating hostel. It actually felt a bit more like a B&B. Both of the owners are great and super helpful and accommodating. Very close to the train station, a laundry facility, and basically the entire town square so you can't beat it on many fronts. If I go back to Florence, I'd stay here 100% for sure. Coming out groggy eyed on New Years Day to a cup of coffee and breakfast was a treat. Don't hesitate, stay here!! It's very clean too!

The main advantage - location of the hostel. It's located near the main railway station. Very good atmosphere in hostel, very friendly guys on reception.
