The hotel is on a side street off the main road so noise is cut down considerably, but still with good access. They are doing some mild building work at present so there is some noise and dust during the day, gone at night though. Access to the rooms may be a problem for those with any mobility problems, lots of very steep stairs with no lift. It's not great to be honest - the room smelt pretty badly of mold, was very stuffy and we found other guesthouses nearby that had much cleaner/nicer rooms for less. The hostel was very clean and had a nice ambiance. The staff was very friendly and helpful about tours, train and flight tickets with very good prices better then some other places; they also spoke very good English. We have been in My My for 3 nights: the staff is very friendly and very ready and willing. The room was small but clean and nice The air conditioning was ok,the television was showing every channels, but were of good quality.The location is easy good, if you know My My Art House. We have been in Lian Lian Hutong for 4 nights: the staff is very friendly and very ready and willing. The room was small but clean, the forniture was a bit old but usable. I enjoyed staying there! The staffs are very nice and they could take care of many things, like: book tours with good prices, rent a bicycle for you ... :) They have great breakfast and coffee! hot water available all day! very good location, easy access to bus stops! Clean room and cool decoration in the hall. I'll definitely recommend this hostel!I enjoyed staying there!
