The Hotel have not give us the rooms that we have booked, we could not be alone in private rooms, we had to share all, pay the same price, and we were separated in two different Hotel off the same owner. When we want to cancelated the second night , pay half day and leave only the baggage the owner has not any kind off flexibilization, he only want the money and althought we don´t spend the second night we had to pay. The tours he offered are not the most cheaper I DONT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.

Our stay at this hostel was just what we were looking for. About 30 seconds from the centre of District 1 but tucked away down an alley so you cant hear any noise. Kim is beyond helpful and his English is near perfect. His laugh is sooooo contagious. The rooms aren't anything special but they are clean and the Wifi is good

Very helpful staff. Big clean rooms. Nothing bad to say about the hostel. If you come into Ho Chi Minh City by bus, the hostel is about a 2 minute walk away (a bit hidden in a maze of alleyways), do not get in a taxi, the taxi drivers said that it was far away....it isn't! Great place to stay

Odd little hostel/Budget Hotel. Good: Kind of central. Staff is very friendly. Room was nice, Bad: Located in a really odd spot, through a series of hard to navigate alleys filled with chickens (bad at night, neat otherwise). Split into multiple hostels, with varying level of amenities. Lock doors at night, so if you are out late you will be locked out.

I thought that this hostel was excellent value for money with comfortable air-conditioned dorms. The $1 breakfast was also pretty decent. Kim (staff/host) was excellent and is happy to provide you with information about local sights and tours. Just lacks a good common area and some of the night staff are fairly unhelpful.

This is a great little hostel and I enjoyed my stay here. The staff are wonderful and I met a couple of cool people. The only issue I had was that this website states the rooms have lockers, which they do, but they do not work, so I had to carry all my valuables around with me in the city. And there was no lock on the bathroom door but as it was en-suite this wasn't a big deal because people in the room knew when there was someone in the bathroom. Overall, pretty great place :)

This hotel is in an alley, so it's probably not the best place to stay if you're getting in or leaving before daybreak. Other than that, it's a very convenient place -- nothing special, but it's a good value for the money.

Loved this place. Super light and airy and easily the cleanest I've stayed at thus far in SEAsia including much more expensive places. Staff are supremely helpful with everything, making sure you get where you need to go. Breakfast is yu8mmy and decently cheap. Tours are fantastic and some of the best prices you'll find. Bathroom doors are made of frosted glass which could be a bit awkward but seems to be the case everywhere throughout vietnam. Has AC, fans, lots of windows, laundry & internet.

Good value for money, because: + Central location (we slept in my my arthouse 2) Clean rooms with wifi Great staff, Kim was very VERY helpful We did Cu Chi Tunnels tour arranged by the hotel (4$, without entry fee for tunnels), which was interesting and good value for money - Securety in mma2 wasn't perfect, they slept or were watching tv and they didn't pay attention to anyone walking in

Great guesthouse in the heart of Pham Ngu Lao Area, which is great for backpackers or those on a budget. The son is extremely nice and accommodating. The rooms were very clean. Some rooms only have a small window, which i had the first night. I requested a room change for the second night, which they were happy to do. It's not a glamorous place, but well worth the money. I highly recommend this guesthouse.
