HCMC is a very busy city, and while you do walk through some back streets to get there, it is a great location and quiet.

Mr Kim is the best source of local information we have come across. He's never too busy to help either. Nothing's too much trouble.

Great place with great staff - Kim is a brilliant source of information and advice. There are two My My Arthouse - the main one is closer to the main street - the second one is hidden in the depth of the maze of backalleys in Saigon - great fun finding your way - yummy vermicelli and spring rolls as well as fruit shakes near both places. 1 Day Mekong Tour not so exciting but the tunnels are an experience

The hostel was really accommodating with my late arrival and late return. They were helpful when planning trips and had loads of good advice. Kim, who works there, is great. He's very friendly and will help you with anything you need. I met some really cool people while staying there as well. The location is great. The only downfall- 6 floors and no elevator. i would stay there again.

This hostel was amazing! The tours were cheaper than any of the travel agents or competitors. The staff were brilliant! Kim especially was so helpful! Good place to meet people also. Highly recommend!

Strange little place, very cluttered and chaotic. Shoes have to come off at the door so there's a massive smelly pile in the little communal area. Rooms were clean and fine, same for bathroom. AC positioning poor for some beds, as it points right down into one top bunk and freezes the two bottom beds. Maybe better on the opposite wall? Kim very helpful an staff generally nice.

One of the best hostels I´ve ever been! The owner was really helpful, room was clean and nice and location was good even though we got lost many times in small alleys. Our air-con got broken and we got a new room immediately. Definitely recommend!

Kim, the owner, was amazing! Very helpful and friendly. Stayed there my first weekend in Vietnam and let me leave my bags when I came back to fly out the next weekend. Helpful for booking tours/buses/flights, as well as welcome to sit down and chat. Deffo recommend this place!

Had a great time staying at my my art house. Kim was so friendly and easy to get along with and to go to when you needed help. Was very calming to know help was just around the corner. Dorms are clean and each bed comes with a safety deposit box which is handy.

Overall a good stay at MyMy Arthouse, perhaps need to re-do the itinerary files as they look a bit messy (yellowish as well).

Kim was amazing, he helped us with everything including organising the tours. We really enjoyed the friendly atmosphere, however the bathroom facilities were average in the dorm room. The drains were blocked and the shower was broken. I will still be recommending this place as we loved our stay!!

Kim made our stay in Saigon so easy, organised trips and transport. Hotel was very clean with a modern bathroom. Security was good with lockers for small items. Cheap breakfast provided. Would recommend saying here although no real area for socialising. Very clean and comfortable.

Good location, helpful services

A quaint little hostel in a quiet alley just off from a bustling Main Street and a stone's throw away from all the backpacker bars. If you want a slice of traditional local life this isn't the place, but great for going out and as a place to get everywhere else. The staff were friendly, however we weren't given accurate information concerning VISAs and we were caught out because of it. Also, the room we were in (a double) had no window. Lastly, we're not 100% sure, but it may have had bed bugs.

We stayed 4 nights here and we felt instantly welcomed by the owner. He had sent us an email before our arrival which helped us avoid trouble with cans and motor and we found the place with his instructions. He gave us some amazing advice and a map with all highlights in the city. One of my favourite stays in Asia so far! Thank you for having us!

We really do not understand the HB-Award. We will never spent a night here again. It was so loud the whole nights (within hotel) , musty, it was not clean, they never made up our room, never changed the linen. The standard rooms are very smal, no window, refrigerator broken. The staff was ok, but not a big help, expect one of them. If you want to make party and come back home drunken, just for sleep, this hotel is a good address. But beware, doors could be closed. Good -> very good located.
