Poor Instructions about Breakfast... we had to figure out by ourself how this works. But the idea with the kitchen is very good.. Not so good was the offering of the food

That's the place I'm going to stay at for the next time if I'm in London again. A clean, quiet, cozy and friendly guesthouse. Not far from Hammersmith underground station, a bit aside from the main street and close to Tesco. Nice and fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, and access to a computer plus internet as well. A bathroom is rather tight and uncomfortable, but usable enough (it's not Hilton, or Hyatt for sure). Definitely a good budget option for a short stay.

My boyfriend and I stayded in Myoes guesthouse and we were really satisfied with the overall service. The area has a great connection with the main tourist areas in London and you are anywhere you need to be in half an hour. The room was very clean and bright. We were pleasanly surprised with a small fridge in the room, which was great because there is a big supermarked just around the corner. Francis, the host, is very helpful and we would definetly stay here again!

The outside of the house is very English: red bricks, bay windows and a small yard at the back. The inside serves the purpose when needing a bed for the night: it's quiet, rooms and bathrooms are small, furniture simple. You can do your breakfast in a kitchen shared with all, tourist books and computer available in a library corner. It's fairly clean but not spotless. Atmosphere of a youth hostel that has only private rooms. We like that.

This guest house was amazing. It was in a great neighbourhood and I felt very safe there. The subway was less then a 10 minute walk and it was located on a great subway line. The room was very clean, and well put together. The bathroom was quite small, but its London so this is to be expected. I had a small balcony off my room which was great for some fresh air. The bed was so plush and amazingly comfortable, it was perfect. The kitchen was great and the manager was super helpful and very nice!

Nice little flat a bit outside of the city (10min walk to the next underground stadion, bus stops are quite close). Room was OK. Cleanliness could be a bit better, space between the toilet and the wall was definetly to less. Really good: Quiet, good comunal kitchen with all stuff to cook everything, also with a big fridge including freezer, nice little garden. There's a good working PC with a good printer easy to use.

The guesthouse was very nice. It's location in London made it perfect for affordable accommodation and it was very close to a major Tube line (Hammersmith - 4 major lines stop here!). Down the block, there's even an award winning fish and chips shop which was delicious! For the price, the guesthouse: clean, accommodating, and nicely designed/laid out (although our bathroom was a little tight, but the shower was roomy enough!). I recommend! Though, don't expect any breakfast :P

My only frustration was that we paid extra for an ensuite bathroom and the shower was tiny and the entrance basically blocked by the toilet. You were required to climb over the toilet to get into the shower and had I known this would be the case, I would not have paid extra for ensuite. I had also wished that there was another lock for the bedroom door other than the key card, just for locking at night. I really appreciated the printer which allowed us to print out boarding passes before flying.

Pleasant, hassle-free stay. Easy checking-in/out system. Kitchen and bedrooms clean and fully equipped. Would recommend to anyone wanting a quieter stay in London for a few nights.

Small but cosy room, very quiet, manager very friendly: picked me up at the train station. Could have had some toilet supplies, but other than that great time.

stayed with my friends, each in a single room. my room was on the 3rd floor, but the stairs weren't so hard to climb. the room was equipped with a bed, table, a small TV with a DVD player, and two cabinets. the size of the room may differ, mine was a little bit small compared with another room, slightly bigger. with the cleanliness and good access to central london(about 10min. or so by tube) affordable, but it may match the price best if it was a B&B. but there are cafes nearby so that will do.

The matress of the double bed was to soft and the shower could be cleaner, some rusty parts in the bathroom. All the rest was perfect, stayed in room 3 with ensuite, little balcony to the back gardens, nice room on the first floor. Good kitchen, free PC and printer, free Wi-Fi, nice courtyard. Close to Underground Hammersmith, Tesco Supermarket and nice Cafes and pubs close to the B&B. No breakfast incl. We would definitly come back here !!! Very quiet place in a good location.

We didn't expect such a clean and nice room/house. We had no chance to meet the owner (Francis) but everything were in a great shape. The Card-System works very well and the house is in a very quiet location. If I go to London again (and I shure will) i would definitely book this room/house again. The only awkward thing was that you've got to jump over the toilet to get into the shower ;) but no problem for this price. You get what you pay for so please don't expect a Five Star Grand Hotel.
