I had a really good stay at Mystic. Its right next to the fort. Staff is great and makes you comfortable. Definitely value for money! I lost my charger, but probably it was my mistake to be careless with it.
very nice rooms, very clean, pretty rooftop the food highly overpriced though, breakfast was poor. the boss is very friendly but when we wanted to change our 2 days booking to just one day in advance it was not possible although its high season we are sure he would have found someone else, still our fault though. no hassle to book a tour thats great! check out at 9 is really really bad, the train station pick up worked perfectly well. overall a good stay!
A lovely hostel with nice, clean rooms and an excellent atmosphere. The rooftop restaurant is excellent for meeting new people and relaxing a bit, with a nice view on the mighty Jaisalmer fort. The food wasn't too special, but you can still have nice breakfast here. The staff is very friendly and caring and during the Diwali, the Indian New Year, they invited some people at the hostel to celebrate it with them. 9/10
Nice hostel. Big rooms. Cleanest one!! Camel safari was really good, but the music show was so so.
A great place to stay in Jaisalmer! Clean facilities and the rare dorm beds. Great rooftop area for hanging out, eating, and meeting fellow travelers. Good powers + wifi. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and we loved our one-night camel safari. They run the safari almost every day with other backpackers at the hostel, so it was easy to join a group.
From the moment we entered the hotel we felt welcome. The manager of the hotel is really warm-hearted and open-minded.

I stayed at mystic jaiselmir for three nights and came away feeling that this was easily the best hostel I had been to in my 3 weeks in India. The facilities are good by Indian budget hotel standards, it is located within easy walking distance of everything (admittedly it is a very small town), and ashraf was a wonderful character who added tremendously to the friendly atmosphere.
Lovely staff, very helpful. Really nice rooftop terrace. A bit of a walk to the fort.
We stayed in one of their better rooms to get a view of the fort from the window. The room was very big and clean. The guest house was very nice, had a nice rooftop where one could relax in the evening (early October was still hot with 35+C temperatures during the day) and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The guesthouse is on the other side of the fort from the main centre so it is quiet. Its about 10 minutes walk to the entrance of the fort.
As brilliant as always! Great amenities, free pick up and drop off. The most knowledgeable and friendly staff, combined with an excellent location (being in a close proximity to the fort and market). Hotel has perfect combination of cleanliness, delicious food and positive attitude. Stunning to see the fort in the evening from roof top. Was sad upon check out. Staying here made Jaisalmer my favorite city out of the entire trip. Do yourself a favor & BOOK
We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were very clean, modern and nicely decorated. The staff were helpful towards the end of the stay but it doesn't have a family feel like some other hotels we haved stayed in whilst travelling India. The food is average but easy for breakfast. The roof terrace is good for sunbathing and views of the walled fort.
Staff were great and the location is brilliant. Rooms are good although need a little attention in places. The whole place needs a general tidy and clean up. Need to make more of the roof top - better seating and chill out area. AMazing view of fort but the view from restaurant is spoiled by a massive advertising sign. ENjoyable stay but feel standards are beginning to slip which would be a shame.
This is an outstanding guesthouse. The staff and especially owner are incredibly hospitable and professional. The hotel itself looks like it was built yesterday (I think it actually was?) and was super clean inside. When I arrived at Jaisalmer train station, there was already an A/C jeep waiting to pick me up without me having to request it. The owner sat down with me in the restaurant and explained the layout of the town & recommended eateries. Hotel camel safari is also recommended.
A wonderful hotel - the camel safaris are highly recommended as they will tailor make these to your exact requirements. Very accommodating to early morning arrivals and late night departures. Recommended!
Our stay at Mystic Jaisalmer was extremely enjoyable. The owner made us feel at home from the moment that we arrived and we are so glad that we decided to go with Mystic Jaisalmer for an overnight camel safari. Customer service is clearly a priority for this hotel and it certainly did not go unnoticed. The camel safari was everything we were promised and more, we wouldn't have changed a single thing. Their prices are also very competitive. Would recommend to everyone I know.
the staff is friendly and helpful. we had a free drop of service to the trainstation. we will recommend it to other travellers. Thank you.
Staff were very friendly. Provided free pick up service from the train station, and even though not stated, offered free drop off service at the train station too when I was leaving. Staff were very friendly even when I decided not to book the camel safari tour with them. They were still very receptive to my needs and very accommodating. Will definitely recommend staying at this guesthouse. Location is good too, a very short walk to the fort.
