Dr. Malik is very helpful, but there's no a/c in the dorm and the beds are minuscule. Breakfast was pretty much just toast and tea.

Excellent time at mystique moments. Dr malik is very helpful. Tells you were to go for train tickets, helps you to evade scams, etc. Breakfast is very nice. Perfect location if you want to be away from busy down town delhi but still close enough to reach it with the metro in 40 minutes. Clean and very nice hostel.

Even though the location is quite far from the city center, you`ll still be in a very busy area of Delhi. The staff is very friendly and very likely to help you with anything

The owner is lovely. He goes out of his way to help you, and is very honest about prices etc. I'd definitely stay there again just because of him alone. He also recommends great restaurants to eat at and I personally enjoyed Delhi a lot more staying away from the touristy areas. Good find!

The place isn't really a beaty, but there's basically all u need and the owner is really really friendly man. Location is either good or bad, depending on your point of view.. It's in old Delhi, a lont metroride away from sights, but there is some shops and nice places to eat around there. And u get to see "the real Delhi".

Oh man, the old man (owner of the gueshouse) is really very nice ! we were so sorry to reach his house in the wee hours and he got up to welcome us. Having breakfast on his dining table while chit chatting with him is a real good start for our day. The moment he said" I treat my guest like my children." I was so touched by it. However, because I stayed there in the winter, the blanket issued was not enough to warm us up. It is a real pleasure to meet this old man:)

The Guesthouse owner was exceptionally helpful in organizing my time in Delhi so it was safe and productive. He also let me in on several of the tourist scams, and prevented an incident where I would have lost my train ticket to Agra. I'm very grateful to him for his help! Also, the guesthouse is in a relatively quiet neighbourhood, but it's close to a metro station, so it's easy to see everything you need to. Rooms were a little chilly, but just ask for an extra blanket and you'll be fine!

Good value for money! The breakfast is a nice to have (toast, jams, butter, eggs, masala chai or coffee). Manu is super kind, interesting to talk with. It was very very cold in January and Manu kindly offered me a heater for my room. I also appreciated that he kept some train tickets for me before my arrival. The neighbourhood is quiet and it is quite easy and not that long to reach central Delhi from the hostel.

It's a good option for those who don't have that much time to travel in India and want to see what real life in India looks like. The neighborhood is far from the center and is not touristic at all (60-90 minutes from anything). The owner is a great guy and it's important to remember that this is possibly one of the few options in Delhi for those looking for a hostel. But location is really a nightmare...

I originally planned to stay only for 2 nights, but ended up extending another 1 full week. While during the first night there were some mishap with hot water, the situation was quickly resolved with Dr. Malik offered me another room with private bath. Every morning, I had breakfast with Dr. Malik and other fellow travelers, which I felt was the best part of this place. Moreover, Dr. Malik was able to provide extensiv booking/concierage service that one typically only find with AMEX Gold.

The room was not clean, very small, dark, humidity, with leak of wather on toilet, mosquitos, unconfortable. and small the bed. The owner and his wife, lok like tired with their guests. after one night i move to a hotel, and the owner, ask me to pay all nights befor check aout.( and paid four nights) Delhi is a big town and the location of this house is far of all things.
