NYC Manhattan Guesthouse was a terrific place to stay, centrally located and as clean and secure as a European B&B.
The rooms are a little bit small (not possible to open two suitcases in the same time) but it was clean and close to subway or all the financial district ans Chinatown of course.
the Front door is not self locking leaving myself and belongings open for anyone to come in, which happened multiple times. the flat is very small and once you get all six people in there it becomes very over crowded. room is very small for the amount you pay. the toilet got blocked- had to fix myself. mold in bathroom and tiles loose- not safe. flat only cleaned every second day. no indication of check out time. no TV. you can stay in the hotel across the road for about $50 more and be comfy.
