Reservation was cancelled by Naga House. Accomodations were transferred to "Phuket Backpackers" hostel. They did not respond to queries regarding the facility and amenities. Therefore, original reservation was considered cancelled and email was sent verifying same condition. Not a happy camper. Not same price point quality as "Naga House" advertised. Hostelworld owes me the commission fee charged. Please issue credit to my credit card.
