Service? Never ever. They offer facilities... Unfriendly is a polite word for them.

One of the best hostels we stayed in Japan! Amazing location right next to the river, lovely traditional style rooms, nice kitchen area, very clean and tidy. We would definitely stay again!

Very friendly staff, clean hostel, very nice location. Unfortunately there was no guided tour when we stayed.

pretty good

Staff were super helpful and gave us a fantastic map of the area with sights, restaurants etc. We stayed in the dorm but for Japan standards this was not a great dorm. Beds were hard and no space to store your luggage (locker eg)

Friendly staff, clean and c

The place is ok but nothing special. Internet only in the living room or first floor. Good for 1 or 2 nights.

Extremely friendly staff and the facilities were great ie the bathrooms and rooms. Cleanliness level was really impressive. Although the wifi strength and range was not as strong but it was still a fantastic stay overall.

Free computers, really nice.

A nice Hostel at a central but rather quiet location. Wifi was not working very well during my stay, I was upgraded for a 3-bed-"dorm" for the first night. In this room I could not use the wifi -.- There is a community room with a kitchen, a very good place to meet other travelers. The hostel was lean, the staff was friendly and understood english quite good.

Nice place. Nothing to complain about.

Easy to find. Very central. Clean and comfortable.

I stayed there for just one night. Security felt fine mainly because it's Japan. Location is down the middle of main attractions and the airport. The staff were helpful and not intrusive. It was a calm place with a wide age range staying there. It was affordable for Japan. Two showers and toilets for 8+ people but it never seemed to be a problem. Overall a relaxing and trustworthy place

Very friendly and helpful staff. A lovely atmosphere in the place, and an ideal location. Nagasaki is very easy to navigate by tram.

Nice and clean. I love this place and i will come agai .

Nice place, kept clean despite its slightly older age. Close to the city area.

Great location. Clean facilities. Nice staff. Not very social but Would stay again

OK hostel for one night.

Great location near the train station (two stops by streetcar or a 15-minute walk) and the nice river with colourful koi and the famous Spectacle Bridge. Staff was friendly and helpful. Plenty of good dining options around. The privates were spotlessly clean and comfortable (the twin beds we got were actually bunk beds). I stayed there with my parents and brother and they loved the place.

Great location - central and in a very picturesque area. The hostel is clean and secure with friendly, knowledgeable staff. Couldn't have asked for more.
