Try on antique kimono and take photos!!
(2) TEA Ceremony:
Taste/make Japanese green tea in classical manner.
3. NEAR Kyoto Station; about 10-15 min on foot!
- Easy Access to the most of sightseeing spots by bus, subway and train from Kyoto Station.
- Some of bus stops and subway station nearby.
4. JAPANESE Style Rooms
- Sleep on Futon.
- Yukata (Japanese pajama like a kimono) prepared.
- No Smoking!
5. TRADITIONAL Japanese Wooden Townhouse, MACHIYA
- Originally built 80 years ago.
- Constructed with natural materials such as timber frames and earthen walls;
So noise would easily travel through our building.
- Made the most of every space in a townhouse with traditional technique;
So you may feel a bit small in some rooms.
However, you will definitely experience classic Japanese atmosphere!!!

We are afraid you might feel this type of room small for 3 persons.
‐ Crowded with 3 futons when you spread them.
‐ almost no extra space to walk along.
-We have a storage available where your luggage is able to be put in, though.
●Basic Twin Private Ensuite & Deluxe Twin Private Ensuite- [this note is for Nagomi-Ryokan-Yuu and O-Yado-Sato] The difference between 2 rooms is just their size. Deluxe one is bigger than Basic one.
●CHECK IN TIME (RECEPTION HOUR): 8:00 - 22:00 [This note is for all] Please let us know if you will arrive out of the time specified above.
You can leave your luggage freely during this time.
●CANCELLATION POLICY [This note is for all] There is no cancellation charge as long as you let us know 3 days before the date of your stay.
Below is our cancellation policy:
No show-200% of the room charge
On the day-100%
1 day before-80%
2 days before-50%

Cancellation charge is applied to each day of your stay.
e.g.(in case you cancel 26/4, 27/4 on 25/4, cancellation charge is a total of 80% of 26/4 and 50% of 27/4. )
