Location is very convenient as it is just in front of the Kanayama station. Bath rooms are very clean and in excellent conditions. MC at Ground floor opens for 24 hours and excellent facility for a foreigner.Room is small and Double room is just enough for 2 ,but can tolerate as all other facilities are there. The hotel's location was quite good. The MacDonalds downstair provided us with a cheep breakfast. Unfortunately we got a smoking room, I am not sure if there are non smoking rooms available in this hotel. We had internet access for free, that was nice. My only complaint, i wasn't asked if i wanted a smokers room but got one anyway, and my god it stank up all my clothes. Very good value for money for budget travellers. Small but very clean and comfortable. Close to the station, free internet.
