Very small rooms even private one. It\'s look like an jail sometimes. Cleanliness is poor, sheets are old and not looks washed and fresh at all. The only one positive for it-this place well introduce to you all Real Africa and Nairobi.

Water was off and on, same with electricity, but that's mostly the city's fault, not theirs. The hot water and toilets working IS their fault, and neither of those things worked. It's fine for the price. Nothing horrible, nothing great.

The toilets where very dirty and hardly any toilet paper. The showers where not very good, often had no water and if there was water usually it was very cold. The staff was very friendly and ready to help. Location was very good.

I booked a 2-bed dorm which was not available when I arrived. 3 beds are ok as well but my intention was to have a room that is quiet. Unfortunately the walls seem to be made out of paper because you can hear any single word that is spoken around you. The people in the "private flat" had party all night so I have not had much sleep in the 2 nights there. They also dont have mosquito nets and even though they might have hot water - it never worked. Safaris are overpriced - I booked in town!

The management and the staff were very kind, friendly and helpful. There was an internet centre, a restaurant and a travel desk inside the hostel and at the end I should say that if ever I have another chance to go to beautiful Kenya, definetly I will go to the same Hostel. I would like to say something regarding Kenyan people also that this was my first trip to Kenya and I found them so nice and friendly. Thanks alot for everything.
