Dear Sir, We were sorely disappointed with our stay at Nanai Residence. On arrival at the residence, we were taken to a room that smelt like a cave ( a terrible damp smell, and it didn't disappear even after opening some windows). The A/C didn't work. At 2:00 am a cockroach crawled over my wife's face and on our first night we didn't sleep. The bed was caved in the middle. We left the next morning, although we paid for two nights. When we went downstairs to pay, nobody was at reception.
