Stayed in two different rooms here. The first was a double with shared bathrooms. The room was basic but was clean. The second room was the double with ensuite. This room was a lot bigger and more decorated. Really liked the hostel building and the staff were helpful but found both of the rooms to be cold, even with the heater up. (have not had this issue with other hostel rooms in China) Would stay here again, except for in winter.

It was hard to find the hostel. There should be better directions with landmarks, or a bigger sign. The hostel was very clean and the staff were accommadating and could speak English. The other guests were nice too. The bathroom was a little out of the way which was inconvenient. The wireless internet did not work with my iphone but the computers work great.

Transpotation in NJ is convenient, so no worries of the location. This place is near the the UNIs. Safe & clean.

The staf are very helpful and friendly. The room(s) are very clean. Their instruction to the point of interest is very clear and uptodate. Will go back again if I am going to NJ again.

Be very clear when you book a room-- are you getting one bed or two? Don't sleep on the floor like me. The staff were clearly overwhelmed (not their fault, but the management's). There was a lot of running and banging at night. Not a great experience.

We had a beautiful room, worthy of 3-4 stars. the ambiance was pleasant and the staff professional and with exceptional English. Everything squeaky clean. Recommended

Place has a lot of character. Staff are helpful and pretty chilled. Strange fumes from the mens bathroom, but maybe that's to be expected?

This was a decent hostel with nice staff and lots of couches/tables in the common area. We had a pretty bad room. The hall light shone directly into our room through a glass window with no curtain, and a light from another room shone into our room through a thin white curtain. The room was also near the door, with a lot of loud foot traffic. So maybe check your room first :) FYI: the hostel no longer serves food.
