Their is no free breakfast here. It says says there is in their description, but that is incorrect.

Room was nice, double but had an extra single bed in it. Bathroom was ok, hot shower didn't last long and shower leaked water on floor. The hotel is in a great location easy walking distance to sights. Wifi only worked in the reception area, not in rooms. Breakfast was really nice, you order what you'd like and it gets made for you then. Overall it was fine for us, but probably not for those wanting a fun atmosphere and staff who will be able to recommend sights etc.

It was too expensive for this kind of service. The breakfast was ok, but there wasn't wifi in the room, the staff couldn't speak english and they didn't try to help you (they were so busy watching television or eating)...You have a lot of more options near, cheaper and definitely better!

This place was terrible! The smell was revolting, and heavily over priced. we booked for a few days and left after one and went somewhere else.....if your planning on staying in Vientieng, don't be afraid to arrive with no accommodation. There are plenty in the main part of town that are always available and a lot cheeper than this place. Plus you get to see the room before you stay there. :) Trust me this place is a hole.

This place was good value for money, although there wasn't much of a vibe to it. Nice place if you're a couple or just to chill out, do not stay here if you're wanting a party place or to meet people as not much of a common area. The rooms are lovely though

I found that the the room was a good size, and the bathroom and shower were great (for laos standards). However, the room was quite dirty, and I couldn't use the cupboard because it stank of food. Also, upon checkout the hotel owner tried to overcharge me, ignoring the fact that I had already paid a deposit. Apart from this, the staff were generally lovely, they managed to get my room together in only 10 minutes, made a delicious breakfast and were always out the front watching the entrance.

Great, clean hostel... Even though the owner was very pushy and loud. Had huge arguments with his wife / girlfriend in lobby, a bit emabarrissing and not very professional. Also services provided like booking bus and laundry was way overpriced, and didnt leave a good taste in your mouth (bus 2 doors down was charging almost half the price)

If you like groups of cliquey young people on perhaps their first adventure abroad, then this place delivers. Location is a taxi ride from anywhere important in either direction, doesn't do food except breakfast, which ain't great, and generally is just is not good value for money. There are much better places everywhere really.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was large and clean. The bathroom was nice with an actual shower stall not just a showerhead on the wall. The man who owns this place was very helpful and helped us book a van to Vang Vieng as well as a flight to Bangkok at the end of our trip. The price of the rooms were reasonable and we felt safe at the guesthouse and in the area.Would stay here again if I went back to Vientiane.Tip:Walk down the road to Mark2 for a great outdoor BBQ dinner and live music

It's a very poor hostel. It is way too expensive for its facility.U can find much better hotel around with cheaper price. Staff is rude and impatient. The room is small. The bed cover and sheet are dirty. It is very noisy when we stayed. For the laundry service, the owner asked for 15000kip at first, we bargained for cheaper price. We booked two nights, but we could not bear the room so we found a much nicer and cheaper hotel room nearby. We could not wait to leave! Do not stay there!

When we arrived here the owner informed us that the room we reserved wasnt available because the people who stayed there the previous night were ill and needed to stay another night. He offered us a room at his friend's hotel across the street, which was as nice or nicer than the room we booked, or would give us our money back if we prefered. We were impressed with his willingness to accommodate us and though we didnt stay at the hotel we booked we would in the future if back in Vientiane.
