The room was deppressing. The only window was very small, no light came in and I couldn´t close it at night. It wasn´t very clean and the sheets were humid. The bathrrom was very dirty, it didn´t flush properly and the shower was in same room as the toilette. The recepcionist was very very nice, but hanging around with his girlfriend, which made me feel like I was always interrupting. Wi fi terrible, only works in reception. Still, I only stayed one night, maybe other rooms are better?

Comfortable hostel, staff were great and excellent communal area for meeting fellow travelers. I had private room where there was no water presssure, and water was cold. Had to use communal shower which was flooded into hallway. Rooms and communal areas very cleaned and were cleaned daily. Surrounding area of Napoli was quite intimidating, however no trouble with crime/ thieves etc. Would recommend, however need to sort out showers.

Only 2 things to complain about - the showers, they just dribble out, but this may have been due to a problem they were having as the hallway kept flooding whenever someone used the showers. - Its a bit cold in the rooms at night, I don't usually feel the cold when I'm sleeping, but even with 2 blankets I woke a few times feeling cold.

We were upgraded with a double room with an ensuite for a night - which would have been great but the bathroom smelt disgusting because of the sewerage system so the whole room stank then we had to leave the window open and it was cold. The kitchen was dirty with very few cooking utensils. The bed was very comfortable but that's about the only good thing I have to say about the hostel.

The pizza hostel was perfect for my our group of 6 people who were just spending the night in Naples as the first leg of our southern Italy tour. Highly recommend taking the metro there if possible, but if unable to, be sure to print out directions and a map - can be difficult to find at night. The staff is excellent and friendly, and though the place could be bit cleaner, it definitely was worth the affordable price.

Bathroom was horrible, rooms are average, the only best thing was the guy at the reception who was really very friendly and helped us with all information.

the hostel is a very good location and you can do everything in Naples on foot. The attendants are great, I met Eve, David and Samir are friendly and helpful, the cleaning lady is not friendly and speaks very high, it is common in Naples, where people are poorly educated and thick. And the hostel has a kitchen that can be very helpful.

Samuel was very competent and knew everything about staying in Naples including a sightseeing route. The city itself is a little crappy, not very maintained, graffiti everywhere, not a lot of sights. The location of the hostel is very close to the most amazing pizza and market street, confusing at first to get there. A few difference from what they advertise: there are no computers available, the printer didn't have ink, towels are not included, breakfast is one croissant and one drink.

Loved it here. Staff are very friendly and talkative, the location is perfect, right in the historical core of the city. I'll go back at the first opportunity.

Staff are very helpful with everything, my room was clean and comfortable. You need to bring your own padlock for the lockers in the room, and the hostel does not sell them. Location is good, 15 minutes walk to the station, and right in the heart of the old city, but the hostel is not well marked, so it is a bit easy to miss. Kitchen was very well equipped.

Some computers with internet would be nice. I also missed some places in the bathroom to put down or hang on my cloths and other stuff.

The website's directions make you go 2km from the metro to get to the hostel- on cobble street, up & down hills. When I got to the place & realised it was actually 0.5km from the metro (but not a direct route) I was FURIOUS! I thought they'd made me go the long way to show off the streets they were close to. Then 2 flights of stairs without a lift was the last straw. When the reception guy saw how angry I was, he gave me a shot of vodka and arranged to check me in early to shower so he was nice.

Good location near to historical center (not the safest part of the town though). Good value for money.
