Naples Pizza Hostel Reviews

We liked our room and the hostel and might even come again but some of the staff were very rude! One woman was shouting at me because i came too late to the breakfast (came on time), refused to clean our room because we didnt leave the room before noon, refused to get our laundry washed and refused to use to internet just because she had a bad day. That shouting and rude faces and looking away when saying hello made us feel a bit awkward at times. Despite the grumpy old lady, it is a good hostel

Really cool place in the heart of Napoli. The staff has been lovely with me, providing any information i needed and a warm talk for the relax moments. The breakfast they prepare in the morning is a huge plus and the perfect way to get ready to explore the city.

we wanted to arrive at 2 pm and arrived at 3 pm. The room then was only ready at 4 pm. the room was damaged. the only light that was working, we had to switch on and off from outside the room. towels were not exchanged (although we had to clean the floor with it). one day i had to wake up the "concierge" to ask for the breakfast at 09:00 am. Nothing was prepared. wifi worked only at the reception.

THIS PLACE HAS BED BUGS! Treated all our stuff in the dryer at 75 degrees for an hour and a half. Hope we don't have them. Really really upset about it.

they don't have quilt, so they give a blanket which is very disgusting with bad smell like it is not washed many year... after that, my skin got allergic because of the dirty blanket. another bad thing is an old man lived in the same room with me, and he just keep murmuring every single time, morning, evening and NIGHT... murmuring at anytime I saw him.

We came for one night and we stayed 3 nights there. I've never seen such a friendly and helpful staff. The apartment is kind of an old but it doesnt't matter. Because they do whatever they can for you. Kitchen is a great plus. We had our own bathroom. also, the location is great, it is very close to epic pizza street of Napoli. Stay there and eat non-stop.
