Staff not nice Anyone can get in and out of hostel at night while reception guy sleeps at his desk. Got money stollen Visa registration is 800, not 600 Location is good, but walking times indicated are running times. It's 10/15 minutes to the red square Water is not drinkable there,so,instead of having a water fountain like in other hostels, they charge 40R a bottle, more expensive than anywhere else Good luck if you go there   Read Owner Comments

That's been a very enjoyable stay! Staff is always here and ready to help, with a delightful atmosphere with travellers from all around the world. At a 10 minutes walk for the Red Square, really the most obvious choice! Thanks again!

Impossible to use the computer and to connect to Internet. There was a mexican guy who was always occupying one of the computers. I can't understand why people travel if they need every time to work behind computer. I think that the staff had to pay more attention in that.   Read Owner Comments

They look like they're doing great business and could probably use to expand and install more toilet and bathroom stalls (there's usually a wait for the showers). Otherwise, excellent hostel for young backpackers. Very friendly and helpful staff.

For Western European standards, staff friendliness and cleanliness was sometimes mixed; for Russian standards, I think it was very good. Would go there again.

Great hostel. But there was no bloody hot water for the two! showers when I was there. But great location! Little bit tricky to find too. I think the directions need to be reviewed.   Read Owner Comments

Only cold water in the shower, eventhough they tried to fix it during the four nights we stayed there.   Read Owner Comments
