Hands down one of the best hostels I've stayed in Europe, perfect for backpackers, nice and big rooms with good matresses, awesome location, the stuff couldn't be nicer and more helpful, pub and pool room into the hostel, nice backyard with BBQ (the owner was cooking free BBQ for everyone the day I arrived!!!), free computers, kitchen, nice and clean bathrooms... and all for just 5 or 6 pounds!! 100% recommendable. If you go to Krakow is the place to stay!

Bedbugs! Bedbugs! Bedbugs!!! There was many bedbugs. Dozens of places were stabbed and a l was not able to be satisfactorily enjoyed because of itchiness. It seemed that the staff's it was natural.

Overall feeling about this hostel is average. The athmosphere was good, but mostly because other visitors. The kitchen was quite poorly equipped, and a little dirty too. The bathrooms weren't very clean, and the room and bedding felt dirty. Staff was nice and we met some amazing people, and the location was good with crocery store and park right behind the corner. Safety lockers were big enough to fit a big backpack in, but the dorm door was broken, and the two of us got just 1 locker and 1 key.

The bedroom had seen cleaner days: stains on dirty sheets, hair of unspecified parts of the human body in the shower (which had only two temperatures, "hot lava" and "cold winter") and pieces of trash carefully hidden under the bed. The receptionist was kind of nice and gave us a couple of clean sheets, then a girl entered during the night in our room, just to sleep "in the bed she had booked". After a brief debate I suppose she was relocated somewhere else, but I can't be sure.

I was robbed in this place. Someone stole my wallet and hostel's staff assumed that I lost it in the street. That was all help I got from them.

The hostel is average hostel, only good things are location and girls from reception. It is not clean and the owner of a hostel was verry enojing and drunk one day and had some fight while we were having breakfast!

Nice, clean rooms with character. Great photos on the walls. Very nice, helpful staff, always available. I recommend this hostel for its location as we were able to see parts of the city we would not have seen if we were slightly closer to the centre.

Possibly the grimmest hostel I've ever stayed in in my life! There were empty condom wrappers down the side of the bed, the sheets we were given to sleep in were ripped and didn't fit the bed, only one light bulb worked, the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor, the boiler kept cutting out so at times it was freezing cold, wifi didn't reach the room even though we were told it would, kitchen was filthy. Generally a hideous experience!

Nice hostel in a perfect location, direct between the old town and Kasimierz, the area with bars an restaurants. Breakfast is included, it's a very simple one, but that's nice however!

Just returned last month from a 3 night stay. Despite the snow and cold weather Nathan and his staff helped make my trip worthwhile. Centrally located with all main attractions on your doorstep, this is the perfect location to explore Krakow. Clean, tidy room at a fair penny. Free breakfast and wi-fi, free shot at the bar and free pool and darts on the way. Will definitely return hopefully in May for 10th Anniversary BBQ. Book now to avoid disappointment. Keep up the good work all the best Liam.

Breakfast wasn't very good, however I got what I paid. Very cheap hostel and it is worth it.

everything good, maybe even for those travelers that pay 3 euro for a night and then cry about one piece of dust.

It was a little chilly and damp inside the hostel, but otherwise its a pretty central location..spent most of our time sightseeing. Auschwitz - Birkenau is a must! Very educational.

The Hostel kept heat level very low even when it was very cold outside. Free food and booze on new year night was amazing and would highly appreciate the hostel for that.
