Nativa hostel is one of the friendliest hostels I've ever stayed in. The staff is extremely warm and helpful, making the atmosphere very inviting. They really go out of their way to make everyone feel comfortable and included. The hostel also has a big kitchen and good showers that actually stay hot! and you can book tours directly through the hostel staff, which is super convenient. I came for one night and ended up staying 3 extra!

Very nice little hostel located close to the center. The staff is the best in this hostel: very friendly, they make the atmosphere really cool. You feel like at home and can mistake the staff with guest ;) The Natour agency linked to the hostel provides good information on the different things to do in Pucon. Apart from that, it has only 2 bathrooms for around 17 beds and do not provide computer (but they have the wifi). A great place to stay if you don't mind what's above !!

Excellent hostel, with very nice staff. We were staying just for a few days in pucon with my couple but we loved the place and finally stayed for 10 days. Absolutely recommended, best place for young ppl in Pucon in a very good spot. Excellent hostal, avec un staff très sympa et plein d'activités. Avec ma copine, on a resté durant 10 jours et ça c'est très bien passé. Excelente hostal, con un staff muy simpatico, buen desayuno, limpio y ordenado. ¡Muchas gracias!

To much expensive for what we had. The description on Hostelworld was false. We were expecting a warm and quiet place to rest. It was more a party hostel without curfew. The kitchen was dirty and the hostel in general a mess. The owners almost live there and they don't seem to take care of the place. However, staffs and owners were kind and helpfull.

The place was nice, a little rough around the edges in places but the vibe, location and helpful friendly staff make up for any short comings. Ideal for booking excursions - the office/staff downstairs are great. I recommend Canopying (tree to tree on ziplines) and trekking the volcano with Ermine (The Erminator)...both avoid the unscrupulous vendors who will take your money and care little for quality and safety! One thing that definitely needs improvement is the Breakfast - abit poor.

This hostel was overly expensive for what it offered. It was the most expensive place that I stayed in while in Pucon. It was impossible to get a decent nights sleep when the staff allows people to party all night long even during the week night. The wifi did not work at all, and the staff did not do anything to stop the noise, not to mention that one of the staff members had a drink in hand and appeared to be using the hostel as a place to have a party wth his friends.

On arrival nobody knew about our reservation. We got beds but had to change the room the same day. There are only two bathrooms for 17 beds! One of them in a 6-bed dorm which was occupied by around 10 guys during our stay, so get prepared to wait for your shower. It was the most expensive bunk in a dorm in chile and argentina and the value was by far the poorest! The layout of the hostel makes it impossible to have a quiet night as all rooms are affected by the parties on the terrace. Stay away!

This hostel was ok but the double private room we had didn't have a window or fan and it was like an oven after a hot day outside making it extremely uncomfortable to sleep. Also the place could do with a better clean. We found better value accommodation elsewhere in town.

The twin room is really hot and uncomfortable without windows to open or air con. The mattress is in desperate need of changing.

Good hostel with central location. We booked a tour up to the volcano and due to unforseen cicumstances the hostel guide got stuck in Santiago and couldnt make it but Benny and the staff managed to find us a replacement tour that was excellent and at short notice. Good homely place to stay with good beds and rooms and really good kitchen facilities.

Excellent atmosphere and a really good staff working at Nativa, always ready to help guests with any issue and to make their experience in Pucon even better. They also have a tourism agency working together with the hostel and it's so easy to get involved with all the attractions the region has to offer. Moreover, the location of Nativa is great! I highly recommend this hostel All people that I met at Nativa stayed there more than the initial plan and for me that's a signal of how cozy it is.

A fun & cosy place that feels more like a home than a hostel. Close to lake, supermarket, bars etc. Easy to meet all the guests and lovely place to hang out. Benny & the staff are amazing, ready to give you help and ideas of things to do. The hostel offers a wide range of fun activites, the volcano climb guides they booked for us were fab. Perhaps the only negitives for some... no computers, only wifi, but internet cafe is close & bathrooms are often full. I highly recomend this place.

Nativa Hostel was more than great. My friend and I hiked the Villarrica Volcano the same day we had to check out of the hostel, and Nativa let us leave our stuff in the hostel and shower after the intense hike, even though we weren't staying another night. The staff are friendly and helpful, the beds are comfortable, and it the hostel is close to everything-- center of town, big grocery store, the lake, etc. Definitely recommended.
