Very friendly staff and a great location. At night all the young locals hangout on the side streets talking and having fun. The staff told my friend and I to go down and meet the locals it would be easy and they would be receptive. he was right they were and most all of the ones we met were college students like us.

We were met by one of the family owners of the hostel, a very nice woman who did not speak a lick of english, but incredibly sweet nonetheless. We were lucky enough to be aided by her daughter, who spoke english, to ask questions and get the low-down. I would recommend this place for the younger crowd, it sits very close to a university and around the corner is a series of bars and restaurants where we found many people. Also, very close to the subway, which takes you everywhere.

I do not recommend this place! Dirty. Staff not attencious. Terrible breakfast.

The Hostel was in a very ugly neighborhood. It wasn't close to any subway station (the closest was about 1 km from it). Its about 1,5 km from termini, something that I wouldn't consider "really close". The room was big but old. The kitchen was very dirty and a complete mess. The stove didn't work properly (it wasn't able to boil water). Despite I payed for breakfast, THERE WASN'T NONE in 2 of 3 days of my stay, and in the day that had, there were was only dry bread, a box of milk and cereal.

Lovely little spot in a student area. Felt very safe around the streets. Pretty close to trams. Only downfall was the lack of any air con or fan in the 40+ degree heat and terribly lumpy snd flat pillows! The owner is a treasure and very lovely to deal with.

The location is good, close from Termini train station and also the San Lorenzo quarter is very lively and cool neighbourhood. The owner was nice and helpful, we had enough privacy and I felt secure leaving our stuff in the room. The room neither bathroom wasn´t very clean (there were nails and lots of other mess on the floor in our room), the breakfast could have been bigger and kitchen in general cleaner as well. But Natural Guesthouse is an ok option for anyone who is travelling on budget

The key to the front door didn't work (and we didn't get another one) and the key to our room broke in the lock. It was even the same key to all the rooms. The internet connection broke down at a really unfortunate time and didn't work for 24 hours. The owner told us that this happens once in a while and he didn't care to change internet service provider. Half of the electric plugs didn't work. Our drinks in the common fridge got stolen. There are no soap in the bathrooms.

You can do breakfast yourself with the food from the fridge and table. The old lady who cleans and takes care of the guest house is super super nice, even though she cannot speak any English. She just talked Italian to us even though we didn't understand anything. There are two bathrooms, which are in okay condition, although the drains stinked a little bit. The location of the guest house is not the best, as it is quite far away from the nearest metro and bus stops.

The owner and staff were extremely welcoming and made us feel like we were at home! Always around to give us advice on things to do and see, and answer any questions we had! Very hospitable! The facilities are clean, the beds are comfy and the pillows are fluffy! Great for people who aren't concerned about aesthetics. :)

Really nice staff and they are very nice, they even taught us and help us to cook our pizza!
