This is not a hotel, just a apartment house and divided into rooms. Rooms are dirty and there is no 24hrs front desk and no baggage room to leave our bags.

I can't tell that much about the "hostel" because I am not sure if it really does exist. When I arrived at the building with my reservation it turned out to be a old flat-building in a dirty part of Rome next to the railway-line. The "hostel" seems to be one of the flats. I was confronted with a sheet of paper (the guy wasn't able to speak english), that the hostel undergoes reconstructions and I will have to sleep at a different (already booked) place. Without every premonition. Unprofessional!

Showers are ok - if there are two persons having a shower at once, water becomes considerably colder. The toilets are not too clean but also not absolutely dirty. Breakfast is pretty bad: Cookies, jam, zwieback/rusk (no 'real' bread), tea, espresso. Sometimes eggs and cake. The neighborhood has great bars, go and check out. The staff is great: the owner will help you whenever possible (if he's on site), the assistant (Vincenco) is very kind but can't speak english. Regular free, tasty dinner!!

We stayed for 3 nights and it was ok, if you only wanna sleep and have a quick shower. The kitchen was dirty and there was hardly any cups/plates... the "breakfast" was: tea and cookies probably left overs from other guests... the location is ok and the owner was nice, too but it is really no place where you feel comfortable in.

It is the worst hostel I've ever stayed. Very dirty, disorganized and uninformed. Cold water to shower, private broken.

The water in bathroom was so cold. The heating didn't work most of time( so the room was really cold at night) But the owner was kind and friendly. There's no sign of the guesthouse, we have to call them to find the right place.

We three friends decided to visit Rome booked the hostel through hostelworld a week before the scheduled departure. We went to the place a couple of hours before the check in time and he let us keep our baggages at the counter until the check in time. The guest house keeper is a very nice guy. We had a nice chat with him a night before leaving Rome. They provided us anything we requested. Cleanliness was good. Location was close to Termini which was advantageous to us. Overall I would recommend

Great staff with great value. I wish it had been little bit closer to the Termini station. BUT you will like it once you talk to the owner of guest house!
