The staff were extremely helpful and even called us the day after we checked in to make sure everything was going well. The location was amazing, the size of the apartment was great. The wifi was also really, really good! Only had a few minor issues, eg. We couldn't work out how to light the gas oven as it was different to any other we had seen, and we couldn't work out how to get the freezer to freeze! Still, highly recommend this apartment to others!!!

This company is amazing! The "hostel" is actually a small two and it room apartment, which is awesome for four people. It feels so private from the rest of the huge city, but also provides a feeling of living in NYC. Our whole group loved this place! and it was even better since it was less expensive than any hotel we could have gotten in the same location. GREAT LOCATION! right by the subway and two blocks from the museum. It was wonderful. They do want the second half in cash though, just fyi
