Gina the owner is so nice! She was very friendly, made us feel very welcome. Made us falafel wraps and tea after climbing the volcano :-) only downside was that it was so cold!
מקום שקט ! ממוקם במרכז ! צוות כייפי , חברתי ועוזר
Really enjoyed my stay here. The lady running the place is very friendly and would talk to you all day. The hostel is very clean and secure, and has a nice atmosphere. It's also very close to the main supermarket
Everything is pretty solid overall. Gina and Gloria are fantastic. But they speak only espanol so its hard with beginners Spanish skills. Though we are in Chile, so I can't really complain. Breakfast is great (they make you an egg everyday), along with the usual S.A. breakfast affair of bread and jam. The internet is good, kitchen average, beds comfy and big. Only 2 bathrooms for 16 people though which is tough at times with chicks hogging the place! They have a tourism company, overpriced
A nice hostel with nice staff. I would recommend it. Downsides: Only 2 showers and 3 toilets for 17 guests, but this never proved a problem. TV had rubbish picture and very limited channels. No games or DVDs. There was an old computer but it did not seem for guest use. Liked: Nice (if very small) breakfast. Good free WiFi. Nice owners. Reasonable price (for area). Towel included in price. Bit like a home than a hostel - nice.
No lockers, only 2 showers for about 15 people, but the staff way really nice and the breakfast very good!
Wonderful staff, and it's great that their also an excursion agency
We loved our stay at Nature Hostel, Gloria and Gina were excellent hosts, so funny and helpful and welcoming!!
Very nice, Gloria is a bit of a joker, sarcastic, at first you might not like her, but after a day you realize how amazing and caring she is! TODAH por todo
the hostel is very clean, the beds are good, breackfest is very basic. it is around 15 min walk from the center which in pucon is a lot. the tours that Gina offers are the most expencive we heard of. We did the big canopy (she is the only one offering it) and we loved it. it is a clean quiet hostel but not the best value for many so we stade ther only one night.
