Our stay at Nature Hostel was absolutely fantastic! Gina is such an awesome host. For the whole, weekend our group of seven felt right at home. The bathrooms were very well kept and not once did anyone in our group have to take a cold shower. We also did several tours with the tour company associated with the Hostal. Again everything was fantastic. Gina even made us lunch after our big trek up Villarica. I would recommend this hostel to anyone looking for a quiet and cozy cottage.

Gina who runs the hostel is an absolute gem, she was so kind and welcoming and we felt right at home. We were only planning on staying for 3 nights but ended up staying for 10!! Loved it!

mostly host by israelies , gina great attitude make you feel like at home. very helpful and gives every detailed needed for the trip. feels like staying in a friend home and not in hostel - a great unique atmosphere. hostel owner lives there - makeit a real home stay. she goes to sleep early so its not good if you want to bein a "party" hostel. small place - not if you want to meet many people. please not that there are cheaper options to stay in pucon if your budget low. thanks !!!

Small but homely. The owner is like a second mother (for all the right reasons!)

The quality of the hostel would improve a lot if there were toilet paper and soap on the toilet. Also the kitchen would need some basic cleaning and more towels for drying dishes.

This was the first hostel I've stayed at in seven months of traveling that I would not recommend to others looking for a place to stay. From the time that I arrived, there were several issues -- mostly small, but they added up -- that made my stay there less enjoyable than it could have been. With so many choices for hostels in Pucon, travelers can easily find better, or cheaper, or both (though they might have to look around for both better and cheaper).

We had an excellent stay in Nature Hostel. It was a bit difficult to find, a few locals seemed to think it didn't exist anymore. The hostel has a homely feeling to it. The staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to help us out. Great outdoor space in the back. We met some great people here, we would definitely recommend this hostel.

i think it was a really good hostel and well situated. They offer bookings for any activity you can do in Pucon and around. All in all it was good

I wouldn't say totally avoid it, but the place wasn't the cleanest. I'm quite sure that the bathrooms were only cleaned once in the 3 days of our stay. Also, there's no hot water after a certain time, which I wasn't aware of until using the downstairs bathroom on the last day, which is the only one with a sign that says this. One of the days that we stayed there, we had to go out really early for a tour, then we realised we had been locked in, and there was no staff around to let us out!

The place is a bit tricky to find. On av OHiggins head towards the gas station and turn left (Colo-Colo st.), look for a small white sign on your right hand side. All in all, the hostel has a nice backyard, fiendly and really helpful staff, spacious kitchen and free wifi. What more could you want? Thanks, Gina, for a making me feel like home!

Nice big garden to chill in. The owner was negtaive about our plans and wasnt helpful during our stay. (about doing the navimag and our future destinations) All the signs and advice in the hostel were written and given in Hebrew and Spanish, which is helpful if you speak those languages, But left us feeling a little left out while staying here.
