Probably not the nicest hostel in Pucon, but for sure the cheapest. So if you stay there you have for your money, and Gina is very friendly! I recommend it!

good hostel, located ok. but dirty play when it's come to the money. insisted to ignore my hostel world deposit! and made me pay the full amount. in general atmosphere ok, but the hostal owner is a bit to close and there all the time, no alone time.

Very friendly staff, who went out of their way to tell us about activites and things to see in Pucon. They made us feel very welcome. The hostel was average, although some aspects of the building are a bit tired, and could do with a revamp. The beds in particular were a bit uncomfortable - although the rooms were nice and very spacious.

It´s a very good hostel, the place is very clean and beautiful, It has a huge and beautiful garden, you can have brakfast there, looking at the wonderful Villarrica volcano. The staff is friendly and helpful, they are always avaiable to help you. It´s a very safe place, the colse the doors at 12, and give you the keys. They are a tourism agency too, so you can do all the activities with them, they have bilingual guides, and they only work with small groups of people. It´s a 100% advisable place

One person in our group seemed to get bedbugs from the dorm bed. In addition to the bed bugs the woman who runs the hostel seemed to be walking around, nosely, invovling herself into everything that was going on. Also, from the very beginning the owner relentlessly tried to sell us tours and excursion packages. When we did not buy from her, she actually got mad and proceeded to tell us why everything we chose was bad. Not appreciated and felt very uncomfortable the whole time.

Gina is lovely - super helpful and friendly. She doesn´t speak a lot of English but it was a great chance to practice our Spanish and she is fluent in Hebrew too. The hostel was a little bit dirty in places and it was hard to get continuous hot water in the shower. The location is great and the kitchen is fully equipped, plus Gina can organise tours for you.
