A bit dated and in need of a revamp, but friendly staff and decent large decent rooms made it a nice choice. It is only a short walk to the beach which is nice and full of stalls selling cairiniahs and prawn skewers. Obviously being a hotel, not a hostel, probably not a good place to stay if you are looking to meet others and party! The only thing a bit misleading is the pool, it looks much nicer in the picture, its actually v small and awkward to get into as its raised. Ludwig (the owner) was very friendly and welcoming; however, a bit talkative (expect to hear many stories).
