Extremely knowledgable on the needs of tourists. Very friendly and kind.

We were not sure what to expect but we were very pleasantly surprised, big room with little kitchen and en suite, very clean and a really nice room. The location is fantastic two minutes away from the navigli district which is brilliant and a couple of minutes from the metro to get to wherever you want. The staff were lovely, it was a little quiet but what you would expect as it's more like a hotel. Loved our stay here!

We arrived later than planned due to trafic Situation. The Hotel was closed, no phone Connection. The Hotel charged us 100% of the prise for no Show even we were there and were not able to use the room!

We booked a mixed private 4-bed en-suite. Nice and clean spacious room with well equipped kitchenette. Very quiet and calm atmosphere. Linked with the tourist sights with nearest Porta Genova metro station, a 2-3 minutes of walking distance. We stayed there for four days and the cleanliness was maintained throughout. Would definitely go and stay again if happens, as Marco is always there to greet you 'Ciao' with his ever-smiling face.

Great facilities, even a small kitchenette. Very clean, and secure. The walk to the basilica was close to 30-35 min, not 20, but not that big of deal. About a 5 min walk from the Port Genova metro station. Metro was easy to navigate. The actual hotel was sort of difficult to find, since there weren't many street numbers on its street, but there is a sign.Near a cool trendy spot in Milan's Navigli Canals, a great place to sit, people watch and have an aperitivo. Would definitely stay here again.

Thank you so much for our short stay, you were very helpful despite our inability to read a map!

This was the second time we stayed there. The staff was nice and the room and bathroom were clean and nice.

Marco was so kind and the Navigli area of Milan was filled with amazing restaurants and bars. It was also only a short walk from the old city and tourist cites. We loved it!

Nice place, clean.
