Dear hm..Backpacks) I Can't say that our trip to BVI Tortola was amazing as for some reasons we were not allowed to enter the Island by migration officers and I still don't know the reason - we had all paperwork done, visa, enough cash, nothing illegal - but still we were not allowed. As a result we didn't manage to stay in hostel - so I can't go into details about security, c;eanliness and etc. Despite, I am sure that atmosphere and staff are excellent.

There was no address and your map was wrong. But we found it. We found the sign and it was indeed Near de Beach. But there was no one there. We knocked on some doors, but no answers. The property appeared to be deserted with abandonded old cars with plants growing up thru them. What might have once been the bar was decayed and overgrown. I would recommend contacting them to find out of they are still in business. We did not stay there obviously, but did find another place to sleep.
