Staff is very friendly and welcoming. I like that it's not in the middle of the centre, but close (walking distance). Rooms are nice; you can book a room with airconditioning, and the bed and pillow sleep well.

The hostel was good located. The personal where really friendly and gived really good advise about how to get to several places, the bus direction..etc It made our stay really easy and easy to plan our excursion around Salvador !

Super friendly and helpful staff, offering lots of advice on things to do and see. Free breakfast and coffee was great.

Nice staff willing to help but timeworn and not very clean rooms and bathrooms.

It was a nice location and good breakfast but it was run down and dirty. Staff was very friendly.

They have the best staff! SO friendly and inclusive. Great breakfast. The location was farther from the bus stop/center of town than I had realized - a little intimidating because the roads were dimly lit at night. I felt safe at the hostel, but made sure to walk back with a group of people after sunset. It's an old building so it wasn't as luxurious as some of the hostels I've stayed at, but some things such as dim lighting in the bathrooms are easily fixable. Overall had a wonderful stay! =]

Great location
