Wonderful hostel, awesome helpful staff with lots of local knowledge who are always willing to go the extra mile. The bar with craft beers was a welcome addition as was the wonderful cooking of the staff chef, fresh bread every morning was fantastic. Lots of body and surfboards avalible for you to borrow as well. The relaxed atmosphere is such a pleasure to be around I never wanted to leave. I'll certainly be back!
Not in the center of Punta del este (rather a 20' bus-ride to the beachs on the east) this feels like a real hostel. Small dorm with its own bathroom (clean) and showers (ok water-pressure). No lockers, though. Breakfast is basic but ok. Staff is friendly and helpful. Wifi is ok-fast and stable. The best is the atmosphere. It feels like a getaway from the city and beach-life is palpable. A good place for some time.
Really chill hostel. Who you meet depends on the day, but the vibe is always relaxed.
Good vibes, good people and good food! excelent hostel
Good hostel in good location. The dinners served at the hostel are great! Not a lot of people though in high season - 2nd week of January, so the atmosphere was so and so.
Totally recommend it. I had a great time there! The satff is very nice and helpful and the dinner they offer is really good. :D Would stay there again for sure.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The large dorm was very noisy at night being next to the bar with people partying until early in the morning. Lots of mosquitos too. Good kitchen with good facilities and a good albeit basic breakfast.
Very cosy hostel with great, relaxing atmosphere. The staff make you feel at home immediately. The location is very nice, outside of the main town, near several beaches and restaurants. Facilities are good with a big kitchen, TV, Internet, surfboard rental. Definitely no luxuries, but who needs that? Next time I won't even bother going to Punta centre, just stay in La Barra and have a great time.
One of the best hostels I've stayed in throughout my trip in South America. Stayed in the double private room; clean sheets, spacious, included two sofa chairs, two mirrors, two coffee tables, two windows and a fridge. The staff are VERY helpful and bend over backwards for your every need whether it's more milk for breakfast, warming up bread, or arranging where to stay for your next destination. The location is great. Supermarkets, restaurants, ATM and a lovely beach nearby. 100% recommend!
