Well, maybe it was because it was during the last days of summer, but the bathroom at my floor was really dirty (shelves and floor), and also was not cleaned while I was there. Otherwise really great value, thank you!

Very friendly and helpffull people. For a romantic night for two it is not the right one but for all other puposes it is quite good. It is a student residental home but we liked it there.

I was pleasantly surprised here when I checked in for a 6-bed dorm and was told it was actually individual rooms sharing a kitchin, this was perfect for me and considering the price, proved amazing value for money. It was clean and quiet, the staff were really helpful and the free breakfast was really yummy

Second time staying here and no regrets! Breakfast selection was very decent. Would appeal more to flashpacker types than party animals.

The free breakfast is really good - it's like a buffet of which you can choose 3 items. The staff here are really very friendly and helpful, it is a great place to stay especially if you don't want to share a room, I booked a dorm room to find it was actually a good sized single room with a shared lounge, kitchen and bathroom, I ended up staying extra long because I found this to be a great set up. It is very close to the shopping part of Toronto and is is a pretty safe area.

Overall it was a good stay, the only thing we didn't like was the lack of cleaning of showers and kitchen for the doorms.
