Property Information:
Nemo is offering you to stay at the nice accommodations in the quiet place right in the middle of the city of DaM and located in 10 minutes walk from the Central Train Station, or the Dam Square, or the Red Light District.
We are Not a Hotel !There is no reception and the check-in need to be pre-arranged. The check-in possible from 14.00 and till 21.30 Please note there is no 24 hours reception at the property! The check-in after 21.30 is charged extra 25.00 euro and needs to be arranged. For arrival before 14.00 we can offer to drop off the luggage at the property till the apartment is ready to check-in. You need to provide the arrival time to arrange the greeter to meet you, as all the greeters have also private life ;-)
The accommodations are in the private apartments which have the belongings of the owners and the guests need to be careful with that, specially if the owner is not allows to use it. More information you can find out by sending the email or at the check-in asking the owner of each apartment, as they all have different rules.
The cancellation free of charge if they made are minimum 2 weeks before arrival date. For reservations during high season we ask to make a pre-pay of 20% from the total amount to secure your booking with us.
There are 2 non smoking apartments and therefore please check with the property before making your booking.

Cancellation Policy
This property has a 3 day cancellation policy.Failure to cancel within this time will result in a cancellation charge equal to the first night of your stay.
Things to Note
No check-in or check-out on December 31st and January 1st, or April 30th and May 1st. Minimum stay on High Season is 4 or 5 nights.
The guests must send an email to confirm the booking and provide the phone number inclusive County code and estimated time of arrival to the property to arrange the check-in, as we do not have a reception!
The check-in after 21.30 till 23.00 is charged extra 25.00 euro and the check-=in between 23.00 and 1.00 am is 50.00 euro charge!
