Amazing place to stay!

It really was a pleasure to stay here. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for sampling Killarney's nightlife. The room and bathroom were clean. We had no complaints with our stay.

Free upgrade to a better room spontaneously offered - nice; Good wi-fi; well sized and stocked kitchen; ensuite in four bed room was tiny, ridiculously so - you couldn't brush your teeth with the door closed so its all a bit public; loads of hot water; no storage in bedroom and no under bed trays which can be locked or wall cupboards; no reading lights above beds just one centre light; small and cosy with the best location in Killarney and next to a very reasonable Chinese take-away

Clean friendly place, my only complaint is that you cant get into the hostle past 3am, bars close at two so this probably wont be an issue but it is something to be aware of. Oh and no privet lockers that can store something laptop or bigger.

We stayed for new year's eve in Neptune's Hostel. The staff was really nice and taking care of us. And even if the hostel was crowded, the night was really quiet.

Lukewarm showers - no hot water. Nice, warm, DRY rooms Friendly, helpful staff.

I definetely recommend this hostel, the staff was friendly and helpful, the room was excellent, the bathroom clean. There is a big kitchen and dinningroom, and lovely sittingroom to read, chat and TV. The location could not be better, 5 min. bus station and 2 minutes to pubs

The hostel was in a great location -- right in the centre of the liveliest bits of Killarney! The free breakfast was a really nice touch. The rooms were clean and we really enjoyed the free wifi. Everyone that works there is really lovely, and the hostel had tons of resources for people looking to travel throughout Ireland, or for some interesting activities throughout the town. Overall, a great place to stay!

This hostel in Killarney was very enjoyable to stay at. It's tucked away off the main street downtown, and as such, is a mere two minute walk to the restaurants, pubs, stores, and other areas downtown. The staff were very friendly and courteous, helping to show us different things to do. The kitchen/dining area was spacious. The rooms were good, with some of the best beds I've ever slept in at a hostel. I highly recommend Neptune's to anyone staying in Killarney. It's a fantastic place.

it was very nice!! There was ust a negative point: the night was very noisy!! I know people are drunk but if these people just more respectful to people who wants to sleep, it will be nicer!! and reduce the temperature of the water because it's to hot to take a shower.

I highly recommend Neptune's Hostel to anyone traveling to Killarny. Very clean , great bathrooms , big room's. Staff is very nice and friendly. Kitchen is always clean and massive. You feel right at home the moment you arrive. If I am visiting I will always stay at Neptunes !!
