Neptune's is in a great location! The staff was very friendly and helpful, and I felt safe staying there. If you are traveling to Killarney, stay here!

great welcome at the hostel (and free parking near-by, well, about 1 km from the hostel, so not too far ;-)) bang in the center of Killarney as well and a great spot to walk to Ross Castle and start "the ring of Kerry"

Very good hostel, although the bathroom on our floor was way too small... only one sink, and two showers.

Nice hostel right in the heart of Killarney town. Spacious and well appointed cooking area. I was in a 4 bed ensuite dorm, very clean although the shower knob was a bit awkward to use the water was powerful and hot. Neptunes is by far the best hostel in Killarney.

I had a great time at Neptunes! The staff was super helpful, answering my many questions. The kitchen/dining area was a good space to cook and eat in. Functioning equipment and space for your food. The only thing that was difficult, was there was 1 plug in the rooms (but I'm finding that's fairly typical in older places in Ireland).

The staff was really nice! The breakfast could be more elaborated, but, other than that, it was a great place to stay.

We were only there for one night but Loved the place! We booked a private room with shared bathroom but got upgraded to an ensuite, so nice of them. Staff really friendly and location Amazing! Wish we could have stayed longer.

Great hostel, clean and friendly

Le prix très abordable L'accueil très chaleureux Une cuisine pour préparer à manger Le petit déjeuner compris Nous avions peur à notre arrivée car une colonie de jeunes étaient arrivés en même temps. Par chance, l’hôtel contient plusieurs bâtiments et ils nous ont placé au calme Petit bémol : La chambre dans laquelle nous étions avait une fenêtre qui ne se fermait pas complètement.

Location is ideal and staff were very friendly. My only complaints were that the Wi-Fi did not work in our room and there was one incident of loud guests during the night but I later found out it had been handled.

No problems with our stay. The hostel ticked all the boxes.

Great staff, clean, central location, quiet, basic breakfast, 3am curfew, no lockers to keep gear but staff will hold your bag personally. There are discounted tours through the hostel. Atmosphere is a little lacking as there are several lounging areas split up. Good hostel but nothing spectacular.

Nice staff, helped us get heat on in room when it wasn't turning on. Also gave good suggestions for food and pubs in town. A little off the main street, which is nice.
