The hostel has a good location and the staff is very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, there are just a 2 showers at the floor. Juliette at the front desk was great - gave us lots of helpful info about places to go for dinner, as well as see some Irish music. Because it was quiet we got our room upgraded, which was awesome - this has never happened before any hostel I\'ve stayed in! Breakfast was reasonable, rooms clean. Killarney is a lovely town - really enjoyed our stay.Juliette at the front desk was great - gave us lots of helpful info about places to go for dinner, as well as see some Irish music. we didn't like it at all. our bedroom was in front of a pub and we had noise and light until 3am.impossible to sleep. Staff not friendly or helpful. ask 5 times for the heating to be swithched on. un hostal muy cutre. mucho ruido y maleducados. quest'ostello non ci e' piaciuto. la notte c'era troppo casino, la camera era di fronte ad un pub. staff maleducatowe didn't like it at all. our bedroom was in front of a pub and we had noise and light until 3am.impossible to sleep. The location is great...staff is great...beds are alright...kitchen is pretty big which allows everyone to cook. Breakfast was pretty standard, nothing special but nice to have it included. The room was alright. It's just a shame that the bathroom is so small and there are only two showers for the whole floor. Staff was very friendly and helpful. It's easy to explore the National Park by bicycle, and the bus tour of the Ring of Kerry was very nice. Great hostel! The room was alright.
