Loved my stay at Neptunes in Kilarney, the location is perfection! Great atmosphere and met loads of people there. The rooms are ok, the ensuite bathrooms ( never ran out of hot water!) are REALLY tiny but, all in all, you get what you pay for, so it's fine :) Wi-Fi connection in the rooms! Staff was nice!

Wonderful place and staff. Better lockers and more comfortable shower experience would be nice. Great value, great people! Would return.

Very nice place to stay. Great common areas with lots of lively people hanging out in them. Kitchen was good except the fridges seemed to be having some problem. Showers were adequate. Would stay again!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay right in the centre of downtown Killarney. Friendly helpful staff had good local knowledge to share. Only minor (for us) problem is that there is no parking for cars readily available. Nearest free parking is next door to the convent about half a kilometre from the hostel. The walk is a good way to start to get oriented to Killarney.

Great location! Room smelled a little musty when we first walked in, but we just cracked a window. The duvet was also pretty nice, it kept us very warm.

Spacious tv room, computer with internet, lots of books in the book exchange and breakfast. Bathroom was always clean - very important. The whole staff was nice and helpful, this is rarer than it should be

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were there for 3 nights travelling with 2 kids and it was a great place to stay. The rooms in the new building are spacious and bright. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

I enjoyed my stay in this hostel, but there were a lot of people so it was really busy in the kitchen for the dinner time, and really noisy in the morning. The breakfast was a bit disappointing: no fruits and the coffee was horrible. But this hostel is really cheap and clean so afterall, I'm glad I chose this hostel.

Double bedroom with shared bathroom was nice and quiet in another building in the back yard. Very good location right in the center.

Lovely clean hostel, decent kitchen but people scraping chairs continually drove me mad!! No wifi in rooms so forced to sit in the lounge where it was noisy. Helpful, friendly staff. Only one wash basin in the ladies near the dorms. Adequate brekkie, would recommend and stay again. Near shops, cafes etc.

Great great great hostel! Besides the lady in the reception that wasn't that nice the great is just amazing!

This hostel is perfectly located in the town centre, it's just a short walk from the bus and train stations. Pretty good value for money. Staff were friendly and pretty helpful. The room was alright though not very big. Kitchen was a decent size and there was plenty of space to sit down and eat. The place had a nice atmosphere about it. Wifi was available on the ground floor but not in the rooms.

Big hostel in the centre of town, therefor a little loud in the night. But friendly Staff and good value for money with just 18 € for a bed in a 4-bed shared room including breakfast. My only complaint is the bathroom which just had 2 Showers, 2 Toilets and 1 (!) Sink for the whole floor...

Everything at the hostel was excellent..

only downside and the shared showers are not particularly what you'd want after a long hike in the national park but otherwise awesome hostel!

We ended up staying 2 nights, the first night it was really cold. We told the manager and sorted it out for us for the second night. The staff gave us some excellent recommendations for places to eat and drink. Facilities were great, would definitely stay here again.
