Unfortunately there was a problem and we never got to stay at the Nerpa Hostel. We booked for a certain date just before new year, and Hostelworld accepted our booking and accepted our advance deposit. However when we called Nerpa by telephone we were told that they would be closed over this period. I explained that we already had a booking but was told "Sorry, can't help". I emailed both Nerpa and Hostelworld asking for my deposit back and I am still waiting...
