receptionist insisted on full payment, including the already paid deposit. airport transfer is NOT complimentary. location of the accommodation is certainly not close to the airport - can not be so easy reached by Skytrain - from the nearest Skytrain station Lat Krabang is not possible to walk so we had to take a cab anyway and stop several cabs than any of the drivers knew the way! miles away from the center of Bangkok. otherwise ok...
