Selma (hostel manager) helped every guest feel welcome. She provided great advice on sights to see in town and answered my many questions, all with a warm and pleasant smile. The hostel is quiet, clean, and very close to the city center. Security is excellent, and the decor is simple but tasteful. If you\'re looking for a quality hostel in the heart of the city, this is the right place for you!

great hostel, a few minutes away from baščaršija, clean, neat, makes you feel at home, and staff (Selma) is more helpful, pleasant and hospitable than a staff member would be in a five-star hotel ! had an excellent time and would recommend it to anyone!

Selma was very helpful and friendly. The place is great but she keeps it that way and it really makes a difference after experiencing many gross hostels all over Europe. We want to Como back in the summer to Sarajevo and hopefully ahe can host us again!
